I made an agreement in July 2015 to this company Manhattan Beach Ventrue who promised to forgive my $10,000 loan and pay if I were to pay a service charge to a 3rd party Equitable Acceptance for the amount of $39.42 every 5th of the month.

It passed over a year and I did not hear from them and I started to receive letters from fedloan stating that I still owed the loan in question.

I called equitable acceptance and learned of the Company name and tel. phone # for when I tried to reach out to the Sales Agent over a week ago that tel no. (424) 488-1921 His name was David was not working.

I have all contracts sent via email in a safe place which I will bring to the bank and charge this company with fraud.
