Judge Helen Sturm - Ref. Marva Barnett - Manhattan Family Court, Sturm abuses another child New York New York

Shortly after finding out that my son's father is a level 2 sex-offender, and then telling Judge Helen Sturm, I have been subjected to a full years worth of family court abuses without any relief. This is shameful behavior perpetrated by Judge Helen Sturm and now referee Marva Barnett in Manhattan family court.
I have a criminal order of protection against my son's father and I am still fighting to protect my son as well as my freedoms and human rights.

Anthony Parisi/child's law guardian still hasn't spoken to any of my son's doctors, counselors, and still will only speak to me on the father's behalf. He meets with the father and my son behind my back on the weekends. He even suggested to the father in front of me that the father should get a GPS tracking system to track us. (a clear violation of the order of protection against him) I had my lawyer address this and he admitted to advising the father and that this is in violation of his role as child's law-guardian.

I was a viable part of this society. I am law-abiding and I paid taxes when I have the freedom to work. I vote and help others whenever I can. This court situation with Judge Sturm has taken a toll on me and my children in a very harmful and destructive way. She began giving me court dates every week, to wear me down. She made my son miss more than 4 doctor's appts. My son has to go to the doctor at least 3-4 times a month and has surgery pending. If I continue in Manhattan family court, my son suffers.

Sturm is vile and abusive. She threatens with arrest as part of her intimidation and she is harmful to families and Mothers in particular. The father is level 2 sex offender, a convicted kidnapper, he tested pos to cocaine in court and he has unsupervised visits with my son every weekend. My son has more than 3 incident reports within the time I am going to court for help and they do nothing but make my son suffer more. His school made my 6yr old sign his name to these reports and called him a suspect. One of the teachers said to have him arrested. My son has begun acting out and it is Judge Helen Sturm's fault and now Ref. Marva Barnett for perpetuating this abuse and prolonging our suffering. They are penalizing me for protecting my son. I am without a lawyer who is acting in my favor and Marva will not allow me to have observers, which I thought was my Constitutional Right. I have supporters who have been denied access to my proceedings. This is un-American abuse perpetrated on a law-abiding, voting American citizen and loving Mother.

We all had justice with Judge Patricia Henry but she was promoted to IDV court in Bklyn. I now need advocacy, a letter or phone call to NY DA's office ADA Harrington to get my case in IDV court. We are exactly the ones who are supposed to be helped by IDV but my case is still in NY family court and they are still abusing me and my children. My son now has many more reports from school and the parents of PS 145 are now complaining as well.
