mannco, James Mann James Mann Liar and theif, Fraud and crook San Antonio, Texas

This man and his friend, took my boss for a ride.  The other reports are true. They came across as professionals.  He was hired to run the San Antonio office and we respected him.  We were later told that his name was on the Internet and we told our boss after we read it.  My Boss has a good heart and told us not to worry, that James Mann deserved a second chance.  It was a mistake he would regret.  The first signs of problems when my boss started getting expense reports for trips to Houston and Eating out, motel invoices, for $4,500.00 a week.  Plus he hired a man to help him, James Mann, as his assistant but one problem, He mention to us, he was his partner.  My boss was mad,  This person worked for two months and we didn't even know who he was. Then he Mr. James Mann would call us out to work for various companies and he would find ways to put us in the wrong, Instead of working with us he was working to get us out.  The only problem was that we kept seeing the same trucks coming in to replace us.  Stag Inc. which are trucks leased to Mannco Inc.  Which is James Mann. My boss trusted this person. Well big Mistake.  He represented himself as an employee of one company to get his foot in the door than took over the work with his own trucks. He would tell the company men that the company which we were working for,  changed its name, So he could keep his trucks busy.  He also changed our work tickets and put his company name on it so he could claim the funds, his excuse to my boss was that he was on the vendors list and we weren't.  So now we would be working for him and all this time my boss paid him over $80,000.00 in three months.  What a rip off and while this was going on he was taking my bosses money.  We than, went to our boss and told him what was going on and for him to get rid of him, but he kept telling us that James Mann was a good person,  Well he found out the hard way by loosing all his work to this jerk and his pretty boy friend Edd Dewee's.  He goes to every meeting and he tells everyone that he knows all these big wigs in reality he is pathetic a joke.  My boss is a bigger man at least he has a heart.  These guys don't care who they hurt.  Be careful if you are doing business with these guys are in the Eagle Ford.  Oh yea, my boss lost his MSA From a major company who we were doing work for, for many years just because he, James Mann was associated with us.  Keep away from these jerks.
