Manoj Kumar Virtapay Exchanger into Paypal Cash SCAM!! Internet

I have an account with Virtapay. This is a payment processing company in the beta stage. I have accumulated over $4k in their currency. I was researching how I could get this to be transferred into actual cash.

I came across a website through a Bing search. Manoj Kumar promised software that would convert the currency into Paypal. They had screen prints and the like. I saw they took Paypal so I felt comfortable enough to pay $10 for the password to the software they allowed you to download for free.

I completed this transaction on 9/1/2012. I received a receipt from Paypal of the money sent. I waited 3 days and have received no password for the software I can't open. I filed a claim with Paypal for my issue. 

Amazingly, this individual responded to Paypal stating they will send the password. They never sent it. So I escalated to Paypal for resolution. On today, I received some sort of tracking number this individual sent to pacify Paypal. I inserted the password multiple times. It never worked. 

I have never received an email of instruction of anything from this scammer. I will continue to work with Paypal to refund my money. My main concern is to warn others of this scam.
