MANTHISSITESUCKS.com singsnapsucks2.com Malicious and Libelous Activity Internet

On August 25th, 2011 a lawsuit was filed against SingSnap.com founder and CEO Trevor McGuire as well as three other members of the SingSnap website. This lawsuit filed in Pennsylvania Federal Court by Diane Patchen and her fianc Robert Smik, alleged, among other things, a conspiracy to defame and copyright infringement. Eatsleepmusic Corporation, owner of SingSnap, was later added as a defendant.

Diane Patchen was banned from the SingSnap community in February of 2010 and soon after made numerous inaccurate posts around the web regarding Mr. McGuire and his business. Filing this lawsuit against him was, Mr. McGuire believes, the culmination of her vendetta. As soon as the lawsuit was filed, it was publicized on dozens of Internet complaint boards by anonymous posters.

McGuire and SingSnap immediately retained counsel to fight these ridiculous and baseless allegations.

On September 27th, 2012 the Judge William H. Yohn Jr. of the United States District Court DISMISSED all of the Plaintiffs claims and Denied the motion for severance and transfer of the claims as not in the interests of justice because the claims were frivolous. The parties later resolved the litigation, including motions by McGuire and Eatsleepmusic Corporation seeking sanctions and their attorneys fees, to the satisfaction of all parties.

I read so many commenters that state that eBay has been breaking the law all along.What specific laws are they breaking?I doubt seriously if most sellers become even familiar with the laws of finance and business.They operate off of emotions rather fact.

I would think that eBay is totally fed up with the number of class actions that are frivolously filed.Not only is it expensive but it takes a toll of personnel time.Everything costs money.

If sellers took their business seriously rather than with a 'garage sale' attitude,more would be better able to function in a competitive world.Crack the books,take a few business classes at a local community or state college.Knowledge is power and ignorance reaps it's just rewards.Or another way of looking at it is that"Half measures availed us nothing".

We all get your message that you are sure you are smarter than the rest of us.
The constituion clearly shows our rights when it comes to civil suits. What gives ebay the right to trump the Constituion? You have to give up thyat right br agreeing to their user agreement and policies. IT IS AS SIMPLE AS THAT. Ebay is giving you the right to opt out because it is unconstitutional if you do not agree. To protect your constitutional right to file a civil suit opt out of ebay's new policy. Class action?  Your better off going at it alone. My sales are down 50% for August so far. I am selling more and more elsewhere. I am getting fed up with ebay and I see the end is near for small sellers. FILE A COMPLAINT asap with anybody and everybody and ask congressman, senator and state attorey general if ebay is allowed to violate your rights. You can also find the state that the two attorney's for ebay who signed this policy change and file a ethics complete agaist them with that state's bar association. This nothing but unethical and sleazy. JAIL JD!!!

Contrary to the rest here - I DONT think you are smarter then everybody else nor are you more aware of how eBay operates.

Ive been in the electronics business since 1984 and have worked for MANY of the multi-million dollar companies that you have heard of here on the East Coast including but limited to 47th Street Photo, Sixth Ave Electronics, Datavision and others.

I now run my own business with the contacts I have and I do between 500K and 750K per year - I am NOT some part time garage seller.

I take it personally when YOU or eBay insult me or my company.

I was accused by eBays buddies - SKULLCANDY of selling counterfeit goods. eBay refused to be involved, refused to see the invoices FROM THIER OWN DISTRIBUTOR - and I had to spend out of pocket and threaten a lawsuit to get it dropped. NO appology of course from either company.

Ive been VERO'D more then a few times - based on laws that have been already decided - stone cold case law - and eBay looks the other way. If I could afford the $ and the time - I'd d**n well sue them in a heartbeat. AND - I'd go to France and testify on Vitton's behalf.

Threaten me or my familys future and I WILL take it to what ever level it needs to be (them not you).

eBay was asked BY SKULLCANDY to remove sellers that they didnt approve of - SKullcandy went as far as putting the illegal verbage on their website ''items purchased here can not be sold on eBay/Amazon''. It was taken down ''coincidentally'' after I and 3 other eBay sellers had attorneys write them letters. When enough sellers were chased away, eBay gave them an anchor store, front page viewing, deal of the day and MORE.

They did it for Sony as well, as well as Monstercable and others.

Its ALL about the FVF's.

I know it - as I'm involved in it!

Denon is using a UK law - which is NOT applicable to US sellers to keep US sellers from selling world wide - that too is a crime - and eBay says NOTHING.

Paypal holds? If you cant take the risk - stop processing cards. Paypals record on legallity, customer service, money holds and more boarder on criminality - and they have been caught many times.

I got my hold removed - I simply threatened a Class Action Law suit - asking them to PROVE why they have the rights to hold my money.

d**n straight - I take it personally.

I wont talk for anyone else here, most here are as smart or smarter then me (ric, annie etc) and dont need me to speak on thier behalf - but I guarentee you that they take thier business (in what ever capacity they are) seriously and arent one of the fly by night rip off sellers that eBay has problems with.

DONT treat us like children - dont ignore us when WE pay all the fees and have all the headaches - treat us as you want to be treated.

first of all, justice floats or whoever that is did not understand the document correctly.  no one should make comments or post official court documents unless they know how to interpret them to the point of actually making clear and precise statements and comments.

shanda will face her charges in her home state of tennessee instead of the pennsylvania courts.  lawrence dickerson will also face his charges in his own home state of washington and not in the pennsylvania courts as well.  nothing else tho has changed. 

the document is merely a transfer of jurisdiction.  all charges remain the same.

the other two defendants current situations also remain the same unless otherwise changed in the future.

On October 27, 2011, Defendant Trevor McGuire filed a Motion to Dismiss the Complaint against him. On November 2, 2011, Defendant Catherine Loudon filed a Motion to Dismiss the Complaint against her. In addition to the facts alleged in Mr. McGuires motion and Ms. Loudons motion, Mr. Dickerson notes that he is a resident of the state of Washington. He has no ties to the state of Pennsylvania and there is nothing in the complaint that alleges he has ever been to Pennsylvania, has any ties to that state, or directed any of the complained of behavior at that state.

ARGUMENT
1.   The Court does not have personal jurisdiction over Mr. Dickerson.
In order to have personal jurisdiction over Mr. Dickerson, the Court must satisfy itself that Mr. Dickerson has sufficient ties to Pennsylvania to extend its longarm statute to include him. Mr.Dickerson is a resident of the state of Washington and there is nothing in the complaint that alleges he has ever been to Pennsylvania, has any ties to that state, or directed any of the complained of behavior at that state. The Court does not have personal jurisdiction over him and the Complaint must be dismissed. Remick v. Manfredy, 238 F.3d 248 (3rd Cir. 2001); Calder v. Jones, 465 U.S. 783 (1984); CR 12(b)(2).

Remick does not deny that individual defendants Manfredy, John Manfredy, Brown, and Klaus are not residents of Pennsylvania. Manfredy is an Indiana resident, and the other defendants are residents of Illinois. Under Fed. R. Civ. P. 4(e), a district court may assert personal jurisdiction "over non-resident defendants to the extent permissible under the law of the state where the district court sits." Pennzoil Prod. Co. v. Colelli & Assocs., Inc., 149 F.3d 197, 200 (3d Cir. 1998) (citation omitted). Pennsylvania's long-arm statute, 42 Pa. Cons. Stat. Ann. S 5322(b), authorizes Pennsylvania courts "to exercise personal jurisdiction over nonresident defendants to the constitutional limits of the due process clause of the fourteenth amendment." Mellon Bank (East) PSFS, Nat'l a*s'n v. Farino, 960 F.2d 1217, 1221 (3d Cir. 1992).

Due process requires that the defendant have "minimum contacts" in the forum state, and that the exercise of jurisdiction comport with "traditional notions of fair play and substantial justice." International Shoe Co. v. Washington, 326 U.S. 310, 316 (1945) (quotations omitted). The Supreme Court has stated that "minimum contacts must have a basis in `some act by which the defendant purposefully avails itself of the privilege of conducting activities within the forum State, thus invoking the benefits and protections of its laws.' " Asahi Metal Indus. Co., Ltd. v. Superior Court of California, 480 U.S. 102, 109 (1987) (quoting Burger King Corp. v. Rudzewicz, 471 U.S. 462, 475 (1985)).
Personal jurisdiction may be exercised under two distinct theories, a defendant's general or claim-specific contacts with the forum. General jurisdiction is based upon the defendant's "continuous and systematic" contacts with the forum and exists even if the plaintiff's cause of action arises from the defendant's non-forum related activities. See Vetrotex CertainTeed Corp. v. Consol. Fiber Glass Prod. Co., 75 F.3d 147, 151 n.3 (3d Cir. 1996) (citations omitted). In contrast, specific jurisdiction is present only if the plaintiff's cause of action arises out of a defendant's forum-related activities, such that the defendant" `should reasonably anticipate being haled into court' " in that forum. Id. at 151 (quoting World-Wide Volkswagen Corp. v. Woodson, 444 U.S. 286, 297 (1980)).

It would seem by the Yards post that Mr. Dickerson is telling his own story about the case here. 

Now why in the world would he be saying the case has been dismissed? It says the judge ordered a settlement be drawn up. I would imagine in any court case the first steps are to attempt a settlement.  If that doesn't work out then what happens? I've been to small claims court and even there the judge will tell the 2 parties to see if they can come to some kind of an agreement. If not then they move forward. I would think it's the same in any civil court?

The internet has provided a forum where etiquette has flown the coop with the chickens.My own personal preference is to have every person who utilizes the web to use their own name.I know that is impossible but at least it forces people to own their words rather than talk smack clandestinely.

It would interesting though to take them t small claims court which only costs $25.00 in my jurisdiction.A possible judgement would be worth millions in spite of there being no way to collect.Hide and hair is worth more than money and the public exposure would be damaging. Truthfully,my health wouldn't allow for me to even attempt such a matter.On top of other health matters I have atrial fibrillation which can trigger from emotional stress which a sojourn into a courtroom would certainly be. In reference to the poster BooBoo's recent post and then general comments...

If anyone has been around long enough to have read and watched all that went down on singsnapsucks way back during the beginning of last summer all the way up to this point and has clicked around here and there and has read most of what has been presented online then you know there is a very valid reason for what's going on now.

No one needs to post their opinions therefore bring "negative publicity" to the defendants.  The defendants are doing just fine all on their own.  Heck, if you go around and click on the handful of consumer sites and see what's new, you'll see at least two of the defendants continue the barrage of slings, barbs and insults, not to mention the defamatory and libelous remarks even in the face of a federal lawsuit.  Not even THAT was enough to stop them.  Only a few day's ago, Mrs. Lancaster posted libelous comments regarding the plaintiff on one of the consumer sites. Who does that?  It boggles the mind.  I'm not a fan of Mr. Dickerson's just by reading a lot of his posts on the now gone site singsnapsucks, but at least lately he has the sense to be careful of what he say's on his statements now.

The defendants themselves have added to their own negative publicity.  No one who shows up once in a while to post a comment here or there can do them any harm.  They've seen to that themselves.  I have never, ever seen any kind of horrid behavior to this one woman, then what I've seen happen in the span of over a year and a half.  Maybe more.  I think Mrs. Lancaster has done a bang up job of creating her own personal hell by all that she's done and continues to do. What do I care if she doesn't like what I say or if she approves of my opinion or not?  She's been extremely harmful.  They all have.   

I don't think the last poster was saying you had mentioned a video.  I understood it to mean, if you or anyone has followed what's been going on, you would know Mr. Dickerson posted on Rip Off that he had a copy of the plaintiff's video and would post it on an adult web site called alt.com.  Since these consumer sites never remove reports, it is there if anyone wishes to view this comment.  I'm not going to hunt around and dig it up.  The plaintiff's most likely have it, so that's what's important.

I'm sure as this progresses, more information will be made available.  In my opinion, Mrs. Lancaster is well aware of where she stands but if not, then it is true.  She can always contact the plaintiff's attorney to see where she stands or she can just wait it out and find out that way. Either way works.

It's easy for posters on this mess to say and do childish things because they're more then likely tired of all the bs.  People don't like to be harassed and I would imagine after a certain period of time you either have to do something about it, or it will never end.  

Each defendant knows where they stand and if they don't, it's easy enough to ask and find out. Like the last poster say's anyone, including the defendants can go around and post whatever they want, but at the end of all this, it wont change the facts.
If one of the defendants happens to be in default, then I imagine they'll find out soon enough.

Like the last poster said, everyone can go around and speculate, but when this is over, the outcome will more then likely be shared publicly and then we'll all know.  Yay.

All I see here is a bunch of people who really don't know what is going on.I know I certainly don't.  Why speculate, copy and paste from law web sites? It is obvious that the people posting here may know what they are told by either side. If the defendants are sharing information not true as well as the plaintiffs I think it would possibly cause them problems down the line in this case. 

If I were being sued you would have to hold a gun to my head to discuss any details, and I still wouldn't. Same goes for, if I was suing someone. You just don't do that. 

By the way. What you see in the court records from what I can see are just the motions to dismiss etc. You will not likely see the discovery. This is not court TV. There are privacy issues in revealing anything other than what is mentioned. If a case goes to trial I would assume people could actually sit in the courtroom and listen to the 2 attorneys litigate the case if they are prepared to take a trip to where the court proceedings would be held. 

I have no idea really how this all works. I do see comments saying so and so posted he did this on these sites. What that is I don't know. If it proof of wrong doing oh well too bad for him. 

Why not let the attorneys and the court work this out. We could all sit here day and night speculating. How about wondering about the plaintiffs and the defendants in this case and the possible stress they may be going through. Some pretty nasty allegations made in this complaint. So the way I see it, if it is true that the defendants committed these acts both sides are probably not in a good place head wise at this time. 

Lawsuits are not a fun thing. They are time consuming and stressful for all parties. And I would imagine costly. 

I have only been to small claims court myself and that made me stressed. 

I happen to look up both law firms and attorneys. Looks like both sides have excellent representation. So I am sure each side is in good hands without comments from the peanut gallery. I include myself in the peanut gallery before anyone jumps down my throat. 

All I can say is Good Luck to all involved. 

It would be very hard to believe that Miss Paralegal would assume Mr Dickerson was in default simply because of the date his response was transmitted. She posted here that he was in default, 8 days after the man actually responded via his attorney. 8 days after Mr Dickerson's response had obviously been accepted by the court. If you are trying to tell me that this (apparent) paralegal is not trying to bring negative publicity on these defendant's, then you are barking up the wrong tree.

So what you are saying is, that neither defendant are in default, yes, I think that is clear from what I am reading, thank you for clearing that up.

It is plain to see, from what you have posted above, which I assume to be from the electronic filing system and accurate, that Mr Dickerson did respond to this suit, so therefore, has not ignored this suit, which I think you will find were your words. It is very clear that he is taking the matter seriously and has obtained legal representation. It is all there in black and white.

As to service, it varies from state to state, as you appear to be from the UK, I am wondering at this point, how you would know so much about the legal system in the United States, particularly in the state of Pennsylvania, unless, of course you have a vested interest. I am also wondering at this point how you would know that any defendant has been evading service, it is not something that the general public are party to as yet, given that you stated yourself that not everything is showing up in the electronic information you yourself have provided us here to see. And last but not least, I am left wondering why you felt the need, a professional such as yourself, to come onto a site like this one and post accusations which have literally no foundation as yet, that may change, I agree with you there.

Anyone who is able to access the courts electronic filing system has to go through a process, which means that the court will have your details on record and any record of what you have accessed. You must remember (and so should I) that paperwork and replies can take time to be received in an office.  Court filings also take time. Just because it doesn't show up yet, doesn't mean the process isn't going to happen.  Please, continue to check the court dockets and for up to date filings at your leisure.  Now, at of the date of my post, that's where the standing was.  If something changes after my post, well, that entirely possible.

Now, you made a big point of capitalizing the phrase "if the suit has actually been served".  Let's chat about that.

A defendant in a federal lawsuit does not have to be physically served a lawsuit to be found in default.

The defendant had to have evaded all attempts to be served.  The process serving steps that are taken vary from state to state and also internationally, but generally speaking a certified and licensed process server makes the first attempt by going to the defendants home.

The defendant can of course attempt to evade service by not answering the door, hiding under the bed, hiding under a rock etc.....  If the process server contacts the plaintiff's attorney and say's they were not able to serve the lawsuit after several tries, then the next attempt is made.

The next likely step to attempt service is by UPS and having to sign for it.  If the defendant either refuses to answer the door or answers the door but refuses to sign for the package/letter then that is again, another attempt made to serve the lawsuit.

(Remember as this process is going on, all steps taken are documented by date, time and action taken.)

If all this time goes by and after all these attempts have been made to no avail, then the lawsuit is served by regular mail.  (all other attempts to serve must be taken first and documented as such)

If it gets to the step of regular mail, then the lawsuit by law, is considered "served" and the defendant has a certain time (a deadline) to respond by attorney.  If  the defendant does not respond by the deadline given, then the defendant is indeed in default and a default judgment will be filed against the defendant.  You do NOT have to be physically served a lawsuit to be found in default.  Period.

Just because it doesn't show up now, doesn't mean it wont be there.  Be patient.  These things take time.  There also isn't any time restrictions on when you do this so I have no idea where you got the 30-day idea from.  You can keep checking back with the current court filings or you can always call the plaintiff's attorney for current information.  Why don't you do that?  Call the plaintiff's attorney and see where you stand?  Afraid to?  
I mean, call and then come back here and set the record straight BooBoo.  Tell us all in public, what the plaintiff's attorney said.

You do not of course have to take my word for it when it comes to default judgments or any other information regarding the case.  You'll find out soon enough.  I don't generally go around posting information if I don't know what I'm talking about.  I also never said the default judgments had been filed yet.  I only stated that this is where the defendants stood at the present time.  Just pick up the phone and when you're put through to the plaintiff's attorney, you can ask where you stand and what actions are taken and going to be taken against you.

You claim to be a Paralegal? you are nothing but a jumped up office junior with your head up your own a*s lady! You have not stated one thing here that is an actual fact! 

If these two people are in default of a federal lawsuit, you will care to show us the default's that have been filed? to know what you are claiming here, you must have seen them.

A person only need check the courts electronic filing system to know what is truth and what is not with regards to this case. 

So, Miss Know it all shitty Paralegal, I will look forward to your next post, where you show us these default's that have been filed, because you see, they are not automatic, they must be filed by the plaintiff, it may also interest you to know, that the plaintiff cannot file for a default until 30 days have elapsed since the complaint response was due, IF THE SUIT HAS ACTUALLY BEEN SERVED.

If you are going to keep up this nonsense, then at least educate yourself on the rules of federal procedure, I sincerely pity the poor attorney who employs you in this capacity.

Mr. Dickerson is also in federal default.  By not responding to the complaint by the deadline, the defendant (in this case being Mr. Lawrence Dickerson and Shanda Lancaster) are in automatic default.
 
What does this mean?  As a paralegal, I'll enlighten you.  They automatically lose the case.  Now, I'm going to go out on a very short limb and say that both of these individuals on state disability or pensions,  think that it's ok to not give a flying crap, and they strut about their living rooms thinking "Ah!!! Who cares!!!  They cannot attach my disability payments to any monetary judgments against me".

As far as that one detail goes, they would be correct.  Let's continue though, shall we?

A default judgment means you OWE whatever the monetary amount is.  You cannot argue against it, nor can you fight it.  You cannot lower the amount, nor can you get it removed.  Ever.  You OWE that amount.  The plaintiffs can make the rest of your existence on this earth miserable by forcing you to SELL anything and everything in order to pay off that judgment.   The courts will side with the plaintiff 100%.  YOU ARE IN DEFAULT.  You cannot change anything.  NOTHING.  This is for the rest of your miserable lives.  (Also looks really bad when/if any criminal charges were to be filed.  Filing criminal charges are very common after a federal civil suit).

I'm going to also go out on a limb and say that these two schmucks think their involvement and drama end with......  "They cannot take my disability, end of case".

Oh, it so does not end there.  Both Dickerson and Lancaster have made a HUGE mistake ignoring this lawsuit.  There's so much more coming their way, that they'll never see it coming and I wish I could get a picture of their faces when it happens.

Try to find the answers on the HORRORS of default and ignoring the court system online.  You wont find all the answer so I'm confident in saying you'll never see it coming.  Now, I'm not threatening anyone in any way.  I am stating the facts.

I wonder if you thought this would somehow just go away or it would be taken care of by another or simply, just ignore it and go on with your life.  No big deal.

I think the gentlemans comment was more general.  As a defendant in a federal lawsuit (the more severe of the civil suits)

Cease and Desist:

A cease and desist order is a legal document which is issued to a person or organization, ordering them to stop engaging in a particular activity or face legal penalties. Manthissitesucks,singsnapsucks2.com,was born in the late middle period of Singsnapsucks(SSS) and formulated by one David Westlake aka Judy Holland assisted by Diane Patchen.The purpose of establishing the new web site to be known as singsnapsucks2(SSS2) was to be the  epitome of the place to register the supposed many heartaches and heartbreaks against Singsnap(SS) without all the name calling and mud slinging.SSS2 was born on Nov.18th,2010.The complete time frames are shown in #28 above.



The truth be known,It was expected that I would join forces with the SSS2 team and be an admin,I refused the invitation and Judy had to nearly beg Lefora to remove that from her web site before I ever saw it.Too late and a dollar short.I captured that on a screen shot.I  initially created a member account to formally tell them that I would not take part in  their efforts as it was a redundant move.I was immediately banned.



During the time on SSS David/Judy shared  the fact that she was a former SS volunteer staff member but gave no reasonings why she was no longer there.Most of us knew then that David was effeminate in his writing style no matter the effort to create a family in Idaho.Judy was rather impressed with herself at creating a fake ID on SS and borrowing the picture of a young stud from the internet.She created a profile and also borrowed songs from You Tube to put on SS.She was eventually sponsored meaning that she dumped some woman into paying for her Gold membership.



For awhile David continued occasionally to post on SSS but concentrated  mostly on SSS2.Slowly a few disgruntled ex and current  SS members joined up on SSS2 but many of the accounts were created by Judy to give the impression that the membership numbers were larger than they actually were.Many of those individuals also posted on SSS and when the Admin ran the IPs of those people his eyes were opened at how he was duped into believing that more individuals were of a like mind.Many of those IPs traced back to Judy Holland.



Truth be known there never was any factual information against SS and we all made it a point to make something out of nothing which was hurtful and spiteful towards SS and that includes myself.The hardest part to swallow was when innocent members over on SS were attacked for just being themselves because there was no content to make SS appear less than what they are.They would have their comments copied en total and poked fun of and ridiculed beyond all reasonable appearances.Good and honest people were muddied,libeled and made to appear foolish.I have many pages of SSS2/Manthissitesucks where I is was libeled.I am saving those for future use if needed.One never puts all their eggs into one basket.They have a tendency to get broken.



There is no doubt that hate and anger fuel the minds of those involved in operations of manthissitesucks as evidenced by the quality and quantity of the rebuttals.

Do you really think I would have contacted the police and hired an attorney for no good reason?  There is a report showing how they took various member's photos and twisted them into horrible images and how they have spoken hate about just about everyone on the CS team and many Staff members.  They have even poked 'fun' at innocent member's performances.

hate site directed inwards upon itself.This web site was formed by a disgruntled
former member of Singsnap(SS),Judy Holland of Hemet,California.Her SS name was

make the worst out of absolutely nothing.Since there was little to discuss after
a short period the began to attack current members of SS and other web sites

One member in particular,oldladysal was using SS to 
report her own  definitions of wrong doing under the guise of helping out.At the
same time she was  an active and vicious opponent of SS on MAN under a totally
different name.This was reported to SS staff and she was banned from that
site.MAN members are posting personal emails with malicious intent and other
civil infractions.Some of their content  crosses the line into criminal
activity.



Lawyers on two continents are now involved in bringing
these individuals to justice.They have all too long been running rampant,
causing harm to individuals who they  think deserve it.The web site is closed to
the public unless membership is requested and approved by Judy Holland,the site
owner.Originally Judy Holland was not going to be a poster on  that site but
that lasted one day.She was not going to solicit funds to support the site but
that lasted but a short time.The entire web site was based on deceit and
malicious intent and is soon going to be held accountable for the behaviors.The

What an old old fool you are.  Futhermore,  Ms. H. is an accomplished classical concert pianist.  Her business web site shows she plays for weddingd, private parties, concerts, choirs, bands, recording studio work and many other things.

If any of this defamation hurts her business and she loses income from this, I sincerely hope she sues you as well.

There are no laws against people airing their views about a website they dislike for one reason or another, I have not stated that there are. What I have stated is that it is how they go about it that is totally unacceptable. It stinks to high heaven of revenge and it is not hard to see that.

This is not about any harassment that may or may not have occurred by her, or any legal action which may or may not be brought against her. This is about a website manthissitesuck.com formally known as singsnapsucks2.com being used as weapon by people who were banned from singsnap.com for what now seem like obvious reasons. It is about how they use that site to defame the reputation of that site, it's owner, his employees, his former employees and more importantly it's members. It is how you go about that, that is unacceptable. The aim is to deter people who read there from joining singsnap.com, the sole aim is to help in it's demise and I will challenge anyone from there who can say otherwise.

This is not a game anymore, this started because a few disgruntled people took the huff because they were banned justifiably from singsnap.com and went out to seek revenge. It has turned into a very serious matter, simply because these owners have been caught out, they took steps to hide their identities, that has become very clear. I work for a firm of attorney's Mon-Wed for work comp cases and Thur-Fri for a firm that handles cases similar to what is being mentioned here.  I have been doing this for over 14 years.

I've read most of the forums threads concerning this and recently have read all these "consumer reports".  I put the term into quotes because I will have to agree these sites are being used for mass harassment and not as a customer that felt cheated or lost money.

When reading what Mrs. Lancaster said about how nothing has come to fruition regarding attorney's or charges against her is because you cannot simply waltz into someones home and arrest them in a week or two after a  client hires you.

It takes hours and hours to review all the material submitted.  All warrants and court orders have to have to go through the district attorney and any warrant must be approved by a judge.

It's not difficult, just time consuming.  It does get done,  just not in a couple of weeks.

Mr. Dickerson,  you jumped on someone elses bandwagon.

You don't know any of these people and in my opinion, they've never done anything to hurt you.

Based on the findings here and the other 5 or 6 "reports", you are copy and pasting nearly identical posts and spamming.  It appears that the people involved with these reports use the  persons first and last name as many times as they can in their sentences and paragraphs so the names pop out into public often.  Your goal is to have these people's names appear on a Google search frequently and often.  This is intentional defamation, meaning intent to ruin the reputation of an individual by any means.

I remember the day reading a thread about how the attorney was retained after the Youtube video was posted in public.

I received some information this morning after learning someone had been trying to get a hold of me for quite some time.

I was given a link to this site and one other.  Aboutus.org.

My name has been used in false and harassing information with malice and intent to harm.

My personal home address has been posted along with my private cell phone number which has since been changed.

This "report" has been handed over to the site owners for misuse of their terms of service for providing false information.

I am not nor have been at any time the "owner" of a forum.  I have spoken to the owner of this forum however and one of their admins this afternoon to hopefully obtain information as to what was going on.

Mark, the owner of aboutus.org removed the copy and paste (identical content) off of his site  and provided me with the two names of the people who created the account at the end of March of this year, and the person who logged into the account in April of this year to edit.

Their names are Lawrence A. Dickerson and Layne Wright. (or Lane).  One of them used his real name and the other one did not but has been identified as Shanda Lancaster of Dickson Tennessee.
I was given their home phone numbers and addresses but do not believe it is right to post them.

I do not know any of these people.  I know of them.  I was told that Miss Diane Patchen is not the owner of this forum either but is a member.  I do not know Diane and have never known her.  I am puzzled as how someone would have my information when I was a volunteer on Singsnap well over a year ago unless it has been provided by staff.


I have been told by another party that there is pending legal action being taken and I do not need to do anything further in this matter.

From what I understand the forum being spoke of is just that.  A forum.  From what I was told by their owner is the two people mentioned above are disgruntled banned members.

Their misuse of this site's terms of service includes not representing the forum in question correctly.

This forum does not charge for a service nor does it provide any type of service.  There wouldn't be any way to "rip off" these two people.  My name, address and phone do not appear on this forum and I can only surmise that my private unpublished information was gained by the use of an online detective agency.

Today she contacted Detective Robby Davis of the Bremerton Police Department in an attempt to  either scare me or have the police files charges for my outing her identity.Detective Davis told her,that is a civil issue and if Ashe feels that she has a just cause she can seek the advice of an attorney.

I thank Ms. Holland for the entertainment today but one should always keep in mind that a police department is there to protect the citizens from criminal behavior and as Det. Davis told me,"I don't have time for this type of activities".I guess that the  manthissitesucks legal team is less than desirable and knowledgeable.
