Manx Puppies/Angelo Amadio Owner Did not follow through on agreements/lied about goldens welfare Monterey And Boston California and Massachutes

We are not disputing that this person purchased a puppy but that they did not purchase a puppy from Manx Puppies, LLC or Angelo Amadio. As they even state they were talking to Mr. Amadio on the phone while the delivery was taking place... The complaint is false the individual named doing the delivery never worked for Angelo Amadio or Manx Puppies nor has anyone by that name. This post appears and to the best of our knowledge to have been placed by a former employee that was terminated for theft.

A Lawsuit has been filed as a result of these complaints and an injunction will be issued to have them removed. These complaints have been placed by a few people in the hopes of damaging Angelo Amadio and his companies. Animal rights activists, former, disgruntled employees, etc. This site, the individuals who posted, and all involved parties have been or are in the process of being sued for defamation, blackmail, and invasion of privacy. If your write a negative post on this site regarding Angelo Amadio or any of his companies you will be sued. If your have a dispute or issue place notify Manx Puppies, LLC at their legal mailing address so they may resolve the issue. Not one of these complaints did this; they were all posted anonymously and maliciously in violation of federal law. Not only will you be sued if you post on this site but you can be prosecuted under federal law. These types of posts, which are false, only harm the rescue foundation and therapy program that Manx Puppies is known for. Please do not take the opportunity away from a young or injured child by posting here. It costs tens of thousands of dollars to file and defend lawsuits. Money, which is much, better spent on animals and children in need.

All puppies sold are healthy, come with health clearances, first flea and tick treatment, warranty, AKC unless it is a rescue, re-home, or a discount is given in which case registration papers are held by the company. Manx puppies does not require payments in full. They do require puppies be paid for prior to shipping by air otherwise and in most cases a cash deposit is not required. Angelo Amadio is merely a member of the company and Manx Puppies provides puppies at not cost to therapy programs. Manx Puppies has numerous references. They have been breeding, showing, and working the in the industry since 1982. It is a shame that a website like this has been used by animal rights activists, disgruntled individuals, and scam artists in an attempt to damage Mr. Amadio, his reputation, and company.

Please note that this site has been sued and as lost for these type of complaints. Please not that the owner of this site is also under federal indictment. The complaints here are false and placed in an attempt to blackmail and discredit Angelo Amadio and his companies. Manx Puppies does require all disputes to be submitted to them in writing via Certified Mail. To date not one of these complaints has done this because they are not real. It is a federal offense to write an anonymous and false complaint online. In the event you have a costumer service issue with Manx Puppies please submit it to them in writing so they may resolve that issue. The reputation of the company, Angelo Amadio, and client satisfaction is their highest priority.
