Marathon Gas Station telephone ripoff overcharging fraudulent sales selling sim cards seperate when they come with the phone Chicago Illinois

The phone store inside the gas station is ripping people in the neighborhood off. He has very unaffordable prices and is unpackaging merchandise and instead of sellin it as one is selling it in parts.

I asked the phone store mgr to activate a phone for me this man and I were cool until this happened. I had received the phone from another store but I had brought it to him because he said he was going to buy it I decided not to sell it and activate it,which I could of did on my own but he insisted. He opened my phone and then later tried to sell me the sim card. I confronted him abt the sim card he said he didn't take it sometimes the stores that sell those phones take the cards out.I knew it was a sim card in the phone so I called boost and the man that gave me the phone at the other store to verify it and the say all phones include sim cards. After a very heated argument between him and my boyfriend he decided that he would give me one just because. I later came to look at the box my phone came out of and all the info is on the bottom the sim card he gave me matched the same sim card that should have been in that box. He is opening the phones and selling the sim cards and the prepaid visa cards seperate he charges 14.99 for those and almost 50.00 for the sim cards.
