marauder/account recovery nationwide capital recovery harassement phone calls at work for a debt that they claim was open in 2010 I was unemployed around that time Californina

 last year in mid September of 2012 I received this phone call from work and I answered the phone and was hestiant to answer when this person with an attiude asked to speak with me and I said speaking this is Ashley with marauder this is an attempt to collect a debt and I asked this women what are you talking about you have a past due amount to a payday loan and the balance that is owed is $495.00 I then proceeded to asked questions about this and then she said we called your payroll department and they have already verified you worked there I told her send me some proof and then she blantley said why don't you pay your bills and then I asked her not to contack me at work again and then she said well goodluck in trying to get this off your credit report. I then started to google this marauder then a report came up that experian credit was working with marauder and then I requested a copy of my credit report from experian and low and behold marauder showed up on the report.I then proceeded to dispute this transaction to experian and a couple of days I heard back from experian and they said this is legimate and then I asked experian how is it that this company can use any old debt and list it as new debt they never answered me then I continued to receive more calls as of today I have not paid them anything without any proof then I see that this company have all these complaints. I want this company to provide proof or take it off my credit report and they are reporting it every month to experian
