I was advertising my 2006 f-250 on Craigslist and wasn't getting any decent offers. Car Acquire called me for a couple weeks trying to persuade me to use their services. Obviously I fell for their BS and decided to give them a $500 ''deposit''

I authorized the charges and understood the whole refund policy. Worse case scenario = I would lose 125 for the cost of advertising if my truck didn't sell within the 90days, but I would receive my $375 back. Thought I would give it a try. WELL OF COURSE.. My truck did not sell and I sent in a refund request form and my title NOTARIZED showing I was still in possession of my truck. I sent this through the mail on the 91ST DAY. I did everything they told me to do. It has been 6 months since I've signed up.

While I was signed up I didn't hear anything from my ''personal'' agent.

I was pretty confident it would sell because she told me they had clients pre-approved in my area looking for an f250 exactly like mine, they were able to provide the financing. The only time I would get a call back was when I would call in and she wasn't available so a ''manager'' called me back. He would sweet talk me and tell me that everything was good, it was gonna sell blah blah blah.  he told me clients were waiting on getting co-signers or they kept falling through. I also have a few emails saved of them saying this.

Anyways, I was doing my research the other day to see if anyone got their money back, and if so, how they got their money back, and I came across this link;

http://www.bbb.org/mbc/business-reviews/automobile-brokers/marbls-marketing-in-new-westminster-bc-1265712

I was told they were in Seattle. Turns out they are in New Westminster, BC. The company isn't even called Caracquire, they are MARBLS MARKETING just using that site to make money. Not only are they using Caracquire.com, they have CARVANISH.COM and NATIONALAUTOBUREAU.COM. The owner is named Brandyn Smilovici (according to the BBB) and he is a scamming dirtbag. On the BBB report there are 2 BC Numbers and one from Montreal.

It also says they dont even have a TELEMARKETING LICENSE.  How are they even operating?! I have contacted Consumer protection BC and have copies of various emails I got back saying the clients are waiting for a cosigner and that a couple fell through and can not go through with the sale. From what I heard from Consumer Protection it doesn't seem like they will be around much longer. Lets hope they shut down this company so they can't rip off anymore people.

STAY AWAY FROM CARACQUIRE.COM CARVANISH.COM and NATIONALAUTOBUREAU.COM
