Has anyone else been screwed by the "Save yourself from Foreclosure" scam by Marc Associates? They have business on Lois Avenue, Tampa, Fl 33609
They claim they will save you from foreclosure by purchasing your property "Subject to the Mortgage". They give you a little cash, you quit claim the deed to them and your home free?!!!??? Whoops Bad mistake. They'll scam you and use your home like a "money machine"!
NOT LIKELY.
They promise to pay your mortgage by renting or selling the property for a little profit overall or monthly. They'll close with you and all the documents pertaining to the closing and agreement.
However, what they REALLY DO, is take the monthly rental money from their new tenants, put the money in THEIR POCKETS and NEVER pay your mortgage. On top of that, they find a private investor to give them a 2nd mortgage on the house, say for $20,000.00 and don't pay him back either!
Results. You're even more screwed. You don't own the house - still own the liability of the original mortgage, plus yet another $20,000 second mortgage, late fees and interest and you get continuous calls from the mortgage company threatening to "foreclose" on you, you're credit is really screwed and you don't have any control of the property.
Marc Associates has done this to hundreds of families! Hundreds of families and MILLIONS OF DOLLARS IN THEIR POCKETS. Media - we have a story in a huge file for you. Please comment here so we can group together and get justice!!!

I have filed a rip off report , bbb report , attorney general on this unethical business . Something needs done to really run them out tampa . They have caused enough damage and pain.

Marc Associates, Tampa, Florida "Save yourself from Foreclosure" SCAM!
Marc Associates claim to save your home from foreclosure, save your credit - save you by purchasing your property ("Subject to the Mortgage").
They give you a little cash - say a couple of thousand dollars.
They have you quit claim the deed to them.
Marc Associates claim they will find tenants and/or potential buyers. The rent they receive from the tenants will be used to pay your mortgage as promised.
The SCAM. Marc and Associates will collect the rent and keep the CASH for their greedy selves. Your payments to your mortgage company DO NOT GET PAID.
They'll use your home as a "money machine"!
That promise to you to pay your mortgage by renting or selling the property is a LIE.
In addition, Marc & Associates obtain a private investor for a second lien on the property from $30,000 and UP! That cash is put in to Marc Associates bank accounts. They buy more houses like yours and repeat the process. ATM HOUSES!
You have been TRULY ripped off! You don't own the house - but still own the liability of the original mortgage, plus a thousands AND THOUSANDS OF dollars more.
Your mortgage company start threatening to "foreclose" on you. The mortgage company tell you to pay up.
Your credit will be in the crap.
You have no control - you don't own the house. MARC ASSCOCIATES HAVE ALL THE CASH ......... and you are responsible to pay back that debt.
Marc Associates is responsible for hundreds and hundreds of homes being used this ATM way.
Hundreds of innocent, families, trusting men, women and children lives have been ruined by this rip off.
Marc and Associates collects the $$$$$$ and you go down the toilet.
Quite a story in a huge file for you.

Their business is on Lois Avenue, Tampa, Fl 33609. They claim to save you from foreclosure.
How?
Purchasing your property "Subject to the Mortgage".
They give you a little cash - you quit claim the deed to them and your home free?!!!??? (You think).. Bad mistake.
The Scam is: Your house becomes an ATM machine for THEM!
They'll get tenants to pay them rent. (That money goes in their stash!)
NOT pay the mortgage on the house as promised
Next: They set up a Private Investor for a 2nd mortgage on the house for 35K. (or more). This creates an additional "lien" on the house.
More money for their STASH!
You're screwed - You don't own the house - you "quite claimed" it to them - right?
You DO however owe the liability of the mortgage.
PLUS:
The new Second Mortgage Lien.
YOU - get FORECLOSED ON!
Your credit is ALL THE WAY DOWN HILL.
Marc Associates walk away with all the CASH STASH!
