We signed a contract with Marc Azous and Recycling Consultant LLC (in Washington State) to purchase and ship scrap plastic.
After giving him a deposit of over $5,400 to initiate the contract in mid May 2012, he became unresponsive. After some 20+ months now, it has become clear that he has no intention of completing his end of the deal or refunding the money, just endless excuses one more rediculuous than the last. We emailed his numerous times, and every time, he replies with one sentence "will reply tomorrow" but then simply never does.
We have, through our investigations, come across one of his other “customers” in China who claims to have paid the full amount for a shipment of scrap to be sent on July 31, and the order was not sent, and says he is unable to contact Marc by phone or email anymore.
I think Marc is using his LLC Company as a shell to engage in fraudulent business practices, scamming customers when he can get away with it. What kind of legitimate businessman or anyone for that matter has a ‘Linked In’ profile with “0” connections!? .linkedin.com/pub/marc-r-azous/22/128/692 To me, he obviously goes out of his way to limit and erase information about himself online to keep potential “customers” in the dark.

My clients would never write this about me or my company. We have shipped over 500+ containers of scrap metal over the years and ALWAYS issue refunds if we can't. Whoever wrote this disgusting post about me doesn't know me, know my company, or know any of the many businesses I work with - because if they did they know this would never happen.
