First off let me explain what AAA collection has done to me and this Marc d Wasserman has done. I had a cellphone from Cingular wiresless. I had signed up for a 80 a month plan, after my month of service i recieved my first bill. It was 200. they told me that i had agreed to that 200 month plan. I didnt need that plan. so i told them to cancle my service cause i never wanted that plan. So i paid the cancle fee. So after the next 4 month i have been getting bill from cingular. I cacled the phone and they kept billing me! SO I GOT SENT TO COLLECTIONS! I kept getting rude phone calls from AAA collections and after 5 notices i recieved a letter from a lawyer marc d wasserman. He told me that there gonna take me to court. The ppl have ruined my credit and i have lost my job in the armored trucking buisnness due to my low credit score from these guys. I do not owe these ppl anything, its not my fault they never cancled my phone like i did! so do ya think ill ever get taken to court?
