WhMarc Weber-Perfect Smile Dental, DDS-Perfect Smile Dental Encouraged me to get two inplants and two crowns. Care Credit was their plan to finance the cost. The inplant procedure was done on the first visit. Never got the crowns. Red Bank, New Jersey

The remorse I have is for allowing 3 Drs I trusted run the clinical aspect of my practice as they would their own. Each owned practices and were overpaid to "MAINTAIN MY OFFICE UNTIL I CAN RETURN TO WORK". I paid Drs $1,000 a day salary to do only right by patients. I paid a 4th Dr 100% of the profit on his work on patients needing Implants and difficult restorations. He averaged $3,000 a day which I refused to pay his last 2 weeks due to his lack of care for anything except the $500,000+ I paid him over the 2 years I was an absente owner. 

I reimbursed and/or redid over 20% of his work and the Board did suspend his license. He also was paid to treatment plan every patient over 18 yet I paid the price of his rape of my practice? I had previously took the blame for him twice. I asked in the chart he redo 4 crowns I did not like on a patient U.G. 2001 .

This being my only complaint the lawyer I had suggested not arguing with NJ Board and close the matter. The 2002 2nd complaint caused me to appear at the Board for again Dr Wassef's care of an elderly patient. His neglect and my accepting liability for his treatment planning I paid him to do in my absence put me on the radar.

In late 2004-2006 while absent this was the pretense and assumption the state by right did not give me the chance to show why my license I believed was overly penalized. I also learned not to sell a practice to the highest bifdders.

I am remorseful I allowed that sale in 2006 vs pulling myself together and simply taking out some equity in a $1.2M building with a $194K mortgage. The practice though sold for $1.55M ended up clearing maybe $200,000 due to me refubding patients while I was away and new owners theft of $1.1M now stlill an open lawsuit.

The building by not having my accounts owed paid and new owners raping of a $250K escrow I left put me in foreclosure needing $300K to get out and sold. I cleared $700,000 total for both. I then spent the rest defending me and my soon to be wife. I was left $0 and a reputation destroyed. When needing to hire propper representation to defend my license there was nothing left. 

  I am remorseful I did not stick it out for many loved patients who actually knew me as there dentist prior to 2005 not who were under faqlse assumptions of me which I had no chance after patients' read awful articles and were lied to .

NJ BOARD has corrected this in part. The owners' license revoked and rights to business in NJ were all revoked permanantly.

  I hope to be reinstated and be given an opportunity to do better. I had children free fridays and charity care 1995-2004 which I hope to again start.

   I also want to teach in Dental School and besides clinical instruction talk to students about my mistakes so we all can do better.

NOT POSSIBLE I WAS WHO WORKED ON YOU?

 After Teri Dr MORON'S the only owner of Red Bank forced her out , I left with her to Dr Glass. The office was who took your money not me and my wife. We did return for 3 weeks in April 2008 but quit after we returned for just 4 days. We went on a planned vacation during the 3 weeks in April & those 4 days not a penny was collected or even paid to us by the owners. I also think you should read the truth that the owners kept changing the name and introducing the dentists as DR WEBER if new. If an old patient came in and needed an adjustment or something they were told as late as 2012 that Dr Weber just sold and took your money.

The truth was I left over $300,000 in escrow for any patient who needed work due to it being a long case and left my information with them to come see me 4.5 mi away. I treated over 100 patients at no cost . They may have paid us but the money was with new owners who kept every dime or charged patients again and took money from escrow. I sold that office for $1.55M and building with a $216K mtg for $1.2M . If I saw $400K of it I was lucky due them stealing my mail and Valley National Bank allowed them to deposit checks made payable to Marc Weber DDS . The patients then had to see me at no cost or be lied to and charged what there insurance paid the new owners. NJ Superior court allowed the bank and owners Marin & Bank officers who made me pay almost half my $1.55M at closing and then stole my accounts receivables of >$1.1M to keep postponing court.

After 6 delays of Valley defendants and owners Marin & Poller not showing , I gave up. The same courthouse and judges who watched a jury acquit me and my wife in 3 hrs were crooked. Even in my Divorce I am still being punished by these judges in Freehold. I had 3 orders reversed and even my x wife admitted the judge was wrong and I did not owe over $40,000 in child support. I once owed one month when I went back to work in April 2008 for 4 days and was never paid. Look it up? Imagine you have every judge ruling against you.

I was denied change of venues 3 times. Imagine going to court with $765,786 in checks made payable to your name but endorsed by someone else and allowed to deposit over $1M and a judge allows 6 no shows ? I was 2 min late to a divorce motion & judge SOPRANO would not allow my oral argument and asked me to wait outside. She then awarded my x wife who did not even ask for it $40,000 ? I had this reversed 3x until my x finally admitted this was not her money. So to all you who were stolen from after 12/1/2006, why do you hate me? I never even was paid to work as an employee.

I had to leave with Teri and we both left for same reasons. THE LIES to patients , STEALING AND ETC. Believe what you want but I have a contract,checks and the AOL judge would not even allow us to mention I sold the office or my insurance was stolen. That was after my lawyer humiliated the A.G. office in a court that a judge read the charges after a humiliating trial by the state that any jury would have had to convict . The jurors all hugged us outside and said they all saw what was being done to us. They did not even listen to the judge's insane description of the law. He said "EVEN IF DR WEBER WAS NOT AWARE THE NEW OWNERS WERE BILLING UNDER HIS NAME & CASHING HIS CHECKS? You still must convict if a law was broken. I always thought we convict the person who broke the law not who was just indicted by a prosecutor with a grudge.

I will not go into why I was the ham sandwich indicted for something I did not do nor was I paid to do nor was I even present when he billed under me or stole my escrow and charged patients 3x.I left where I was after 2007 even with the Dental board but nobody was interested in helping patients. The funny thing is my license was 1st not revoked. It was not even active . They refused to accept a surrender of my NJ license that was also expired since I did not even want it anymore.Plus a revocation vs a suspension means a suspension you do not need to re-apply like when we pass dental boards. It is just a way to annoy us . It is a hassle that takes 120 days.

A suspension is when you just start working on an exact date in 1-3 years. In states as California it is now illegal to revoke a professional license. You also can reapply in 1 year even if your dental license was suspended or revoked for the maximum 3 years. I now know why they offered me a plea the 1st day of trial. If I had a felony all bets are off and you must go thru a trial to get your license back. My 10 years and wif'es 10 years after 5 years of investigating us , harrassing our friends, showing up at our friends homes to threaten them to testify against us for lies, all of a sudden when they saw there was no case, we had no intent on calling a single witness except ourselves, were finally after bankrupting us offered my wife 1 yr probation and me 30 days at home.No way were we now taking a plea of guilty.

We begged for a plea just to stop the torture. NOW they will be humiliated. I just needed a break from everything so it is now 5 years and I have no intention yet of applying to any of the 45 states that have reciprocity with the North East Regional Boards. I live in Florida anyway so I'd not be able to apply since this 1 of 4 states who have there own boards. I believe GA FLA HW DEL I loved dentistry and read how I helped so many patients. Yet they said I used my license to make money? I accepted charity care on fridays with my hygienist for free, I accepted medicaid if a patient asked me ? You know what your insurance pays for a cap/crown? $1050. You know what I accepted ? $175. WOW I was raking people. A Denture for top/bottom are $3,000. I accepted $150. BTW my lab bill was $225. I was really raking people. I even gave a $49 discount plan to my non insured. This enabled them to 2 cleanings x rays exam a year and instead of paying $1050 a cap they paid $550. I was really ripping off people?

FOR OVER 10 yrs I have kept up with my lawsuits vs anyone who has not yet removed lies. YOU HAVE UNTIL SEPT 5 2018 then you will be served with $1M slander suits per mention of a false statement

I sold my office in DECEMBER 2006 and stayed on only to help my patients who came into this office prior to 2007. My wife Jennifer who was supposed to be allowed to bill and help our patients was thrown out and never allowed back in April 2007. 

In September 2007 I sold my professional building and then was locked out by ANDREW MARON DDS. SO THIS PATIENT WAS A victim of why ANDREW MARON in part had his dental license revoked in NJ. I NEVER STEPPED FOOT IN THAT OFFICE PAST SEPTEMBER 2007 so I feel bad but I could not have worked on that poor patient. 

I did not sue anyone for slander as was my right. I just felt badly for these patients but again after I sold my building the locks were changed and my patients I was finishing were treated 4.9 mi away at DR Gil Glass office who was a life saver.

TRHIS woman states she came in as a new patient in 2008 but I only treated patients started prior to 2007? I also never collected a dime from anyone who ppaid PERFECT SMILE. ANDREW MARON DDS HAS YOIUR MONEY MAM?

I do not know why this is not remov ed but if not I am going to look into suing anymore patients who were not mine or WEBER DENTAL ASSOCIATES. In fact Weber showed this and who crooks were who made believe "THEFT BY DECEPTION" Weber did not sell in 12/2006 in SUPREME NJ COURT ON 10/28/2010 that he never owned Perfect Smile nor worked on there patients . IN fact Weber did not even own a Dental office in the entire state of NJ by 12/1/2006. Perfect Smile owner Andrew Maron dds and sister Val Scwabb comitted a deception to be paid twice on procedures as Implants. In 2007-10, Implants were placed and patients waited 4-9 months for integration. These were perfect patients to run the scam on because patients paid Perfect Smile for part 1 and part 2 upfront. When patients returned sometimes >year later, DR Maron owner of PERFECT SMILE & sister VAL told patients the owner Marc Weber of the old Perfect Smile took your >$1900-$40,000 and just left. Perfect Smile in 2008 changed the name to Gentle Dental and again pulled scam in 2009 by changing to Gentle Dental "OF MONMOUTH" . DR ANDREW MARON PRIOR TO HAVING HIS ORAL SURGOEN AND DENTAL LICENSE REVOKED in 2014, owned Monmouth Dental a play on the old "WEBER DENTAL ASSOCIATES"Marc Weber opened in Staten Island  and Brooklyn,NY after 2008. I am sorry you were scammed by you were NOT SCAMMED BY ME MARC WEBER DDS. I had nothing to do with taking any funds >12/1/2006. Weber stayed on for 2 1/2 days a week only to treat his Former Dentists’ patients. An example of a patient Weber would be permitted to treat is a patient with a denture made in 2005-6 and needs an adjustment. This is included in Contract of Non Compete agreement . In 2011 it became Monmouth Family Dentistry of Monmouth County. Please understand the names are not exactly what they used but I can get that information.
