This report is to report a scam on FB that was previously reported concerning lottery winnings on FB. As like the other scam on FB dealing with winning the lottery a friend sent me a text stating that I was a chosen as a winner on FB and that I needed to contact Marcie Roth to receive my winnings.

I contacted her and  she sent me a form requesting information about where I live at etc. My friend also wanted to the see the form filled out as well. I was able to view my friend on FB. After communicating with her I was unable to view her FB profile. I'm unable to find her on FB. I can google her and see where she lives at. The FB profile is blank. The database is updated 2 or 3 times a week to prevent hackers from breaking in and stealing information. My first update a security code was sent to verify my FB profile.

She asked questions about how I wanted my winnings. Told her I wanted cash. Afraid a check would be worthless. The amount of money I won was based on the amount of money sent in. Choose 100K as my winnings. I sent in 2k for my winnings through Moneygram to a person in Arkansas. The money was a documentation fee.

When communicating with my friend to see I they would loan me the money stated they had money in a type of account so they wouldn't spend it foolishly. Tried twice. Getting curious I asked a simple question that a classmate would know. My "friend" was unable to answer my question and stated the phone reception was bad and unable to call to discuss the lottery issue.

I received the banking information to send the initial payment for my taxes to the Navy Federal CU with the routing info and the name Rodney Mccallum. Tried to get the taxes paid from my winnings but no luck. Marcie stated she went to the Board and convinced them so that I would only pay 20K instead of the 40k for the taxes. By having to have them wait a week for money my initial payment went to 8k.

I am attempting to get my iniital amount of 2k back from them. No reply yet. I've sent a FB message and text message.
