Marcus Garrett Marcus act as Auto Broker using Craigslist to sell my decease Mother's 2005 Ford Taurus, ha kept all the money from the sale $2,795.00 St Petersburg Florida

I had an oral contract with Marcus Garrett which he breach the agreement. Marcus agreed to act as an Auto Broker using his Craigslist Account to sell my decease Mother's 2005 Ford Taurus. The sales price was $2,795. On April 27, 2016, Marcus picked the car up to begin the process of selling it. Upon information and belief, subsequently, Marcus sold the car on May 2, 2016, and kept the money for his own financial gain.

Although Marcus sold the car, he has failed to remit any sales proceeds to me Hilda Harrell. I have asked for Marcus to make good on the agreement, however, Marcus have refused. Not only have Marcus breached the agreement, he should be liable for civil theft…which brings hefty monetary penalties.

It has been brought to my attention that Marcus Garrett has swindler others before.  I have made numerous phone calls, text messages to Mr. Garrett and he refuses to answers. I have recording where Mr. Garrett admits he sold the car and spent the money to have repairs done on his house. I am seeking the money from the sale of my Mother's car, and to expose Marcus Garrett to the public. Therefore, with hopes that no one else will have to experience and bear the lost I have had to endure.
