Marcus Saenz Mark Saenz, Marcos Sainz, dba Marcus Luxury Homes Preyed on Hurricane Harvey victims Houston Texas

Marcus and his partners, Mitchell Crews and TJ Saenz (his son) of Spring, TX, preyed on victims of Hurricane Harvey in August of 2017.  He stole close to a million dollars from homeowners who he promised to restore after their homes flooded.  

He (assisted by Mitchell Crews) performed just enough work to make people believe he was legit, and then slowly stopped working until he just faded away.  He did very shoddy work, full of mistakes and inferior materials.  But then, he's not really a contractor - he just plays one until he gets as much money from his victims as he thinks he can.  

He has multiple lawsuits against him in Harris and Montgomery Counties, and probably more.  He is morally bankrupt and devoid of a conscience - the definition of a sociopath.  

He is probably starting his next scam right now under a different company name and maybe a new alias.  People in the Austin area, beware.
