I am within my 30 days to request a refund and it has been refused. The amount is $366.10. Instead, I have received 2 emails saying that I like integrity and am not professional. I was also threatened with a lawsuit merely for asking for a refund. I just don't have time to complete the program, and have not even utilized the information in the past 2 weeks. I am well within the 30 day window to request a refund.

One of the emails states:

"If you choose to lie under oath with the bank we will be forced to take legal action against you."

** I called my bank after I was refused a refund, never did I lie or tell anything to my bank that was not true.

We have your ip address and proof that you signed up with images, all documentation, and that you did have access and use our program.

** I never said I didn't access the members only area. I just have not utilized the information provided. Not only that, it's not for me. I won't use it and would rather spend my $ elsewhere.

It is unfortunate when we see people out of integrity trying to cheat the system.

** Unbelievably, I was told I lack integrity. When they are the one's sending threatening emails.

I will happily stop posting on complaints boards and social media when I receive my refund. It's pretty easy for this company to do the right thing, yet they refuse.
