Maria Caruso was a tenant in an apartment in Yorktown Heights NY in 2006. She requested that I perform contractor services for her and lied deliberately to avoid having to pay me for the services rendered. I took Maria Caruso to court and won but she did not pay. Instead she moved in with her mother Julia Caruso and switched jobs to avoid paying me.

I submitted my Judgment Tanscript and asked the Rockland County Sheriff to serve an income execution to her employer, Unisex Hair Palace at the Nanuet Mall. They submitted it but her father Nunzio Paul owns the hair salon and conveniently, the hair salon sent back a letter stating that Maria makes $45 per week (too little to garnish wages) as if I should believe that when she works there 6 days per week at 8 or more hours per day.

I submitted the judgment transcript to a collections company and they have been calling her house and workplace to nag her into paying the debt while her credit rating is the most derrogatory rating possible for her lack of cooperation. She started off owing $100 and now owes over $400 in interest and added Sheriff's fees. She was politely informed that the debt would continue to accrue and was given many opportunities to settle the dispute amicably and while keeping the most respectful tone.

Maria Caruso then lied in a police report denying any existence of a judgment against her and filed a harassment complaint against me for utilizing a collections company. Maria Caruso is also frauding the taxpayers by getting section 8 rental-asssistance in her mother's single family house. I am currently planning another suit against her for malicious prosecution of which the charges were dismissed for claims contradictory to the facts.

If you cross paths with Maria Caruso, she is a low life criminal who requests services and then denies owing anything even after leaving a voice mail on my phone identifying herself, her address and thanking me for a job performed so well that she "ran outside to tip" me. She left this message 3 hours after I left. My sources tell me that she has a substance abuse problem too so if you are a contractor and get a call from her, get cash first and have a witness present in case she imagines any bogus accusations against you.
