Maria Duval C/o Destiny Research Center Promised to send me rings of good fortune for a low price of $20.00. Whicn I did send a cheque. Sparks Nevada

I received a mail from Maria Duval which she advertised these rings which would guarantee good fortune, and being a believer in the stars as I am I fell for it. I immediately wrote a cheque to her for $20.00 and sent it out. I am still waiting to receive the rings in the mail, and this is about two months ago. Recently I received another mail from her for two talismans, one of luck and money, and one of love and friendship. In this mail she is stating that she cannot sell the talismans to you, but would loan it to you for a year at a low price of $2. a month, but you have the option to return it to her if you are not satisfied with the results. I read this mail over and over, I even signed the necessary dotted lines, but before I wrote the cheque I decided to look up this person via the company to see if it was a lucrative organization, and lo and behold this is what I found about Maria Duval and Destiny Research Center, only reports of ripoffs. All I would like ms. Duval to do is send me back my $20.00.
