I contacted Mr. Mariany on December 1st to create a website for me. I had goggled his cell phone number and found a few complaints that he had scammed people in the first place, but did not go with my gut and continued to do service with him. He had told me that for a total of $450 he would build a website for me. I had to give him $225 on the 1st of December. On the evening of the 2nd I would see a draft and then make any small changes and on the 3rd the site would be up live. After hundreds of e mails later, I still do not have a website and I have been more than gracious of giving him extensions. I have requested refund after refund only to be told. "The site will be live soon". I cannot keep dragging this out and I can provide any e mails needed to show the chain of this aggravating ordeal. On Saturday, I had told Mr. Mariany that he had until 9am cst December 27th to complete the site. He again acknowledged that he would have the site complete. This e mail is being sent at 9:01am cst December 29th with no completion of the promised website. I just want a refund of my money today. Mr. Mariany was quick to jump on taking the money to set up things, but has not provided the service I paid for!

Additionally, I had done some initial investigation before using him and had found these websites. I figured that these were people that just had bad experiences and wanted to complain. I didn't think that I too would become one of them.

I have over 200 e mails that show the full chain of all of the excuses that Mr. Mariany had during this whole process. Now I am stuck with no website and I'm going to have a terrible time getting my money back. Pay Pal does not see this as a physical transaction and won't force a refund so I am in the hands of Mr. Mariany finally doing something right and sending my money back. I have also filed this with my personal bank to see if they can assist with the refund.
