Maricopa County Superior Court Judge Todd Lang Judge Lang is incompetent. He cannot read documents submitted to his Court. Surprise Arizona

Judge Todd Lang is one of the most incompetent Superior Court  Judges in Maricopa County. He refuses to take the time to properly read motions and documents submitted to him. Instead, he skip reads material, gives quote "the benefit of the doubt" end quote, to the perpetrator of criminal behavior such as domestic violence. He beleives false testimony of people like Kathleen Miholich, Therpeuitic Interventionist, who deliberately lied in her report to the court. Her report is full of contradictory statements, as documented. 

Todd Lang cannot be relied upon to properly consider evidence; he makes decisions based on his personal feelings. In this case, he ignored the testimony of the victim mother and admitted a falsified report, which documented evidence was submitted to prove the report was false. If you are in any case before Todd Lang, have your attorney immediately file an objection and get him recused. Find another Judge!!
