Marie Pisciotta / My Loan Modification formerly Templeton Group Promised a refund was to be given back if my loan modification was denied... I was denied and now the company went out of buisness Westbury new york

 This company has scammed me and my husband into believing that they can modify my current loan (mortgage) which is serviced by wells Fargo.  My husband heard the ad on the radio and called and we met with a Marie Pisciotta who coincidently knows a friend of mine who represents MyLoanModification.com. running ads on radio under the Obama Mortgage Modifcation Prgm and they are using the name mymodifcationloan.com as their website. A fee of $2995 along with all of your personal banking and work information was needed to move forward with the loan modification.  She (Marie Pisciotta) told me that they have dealt with wells Fargo many of times and they are the most easiest to work with. Given our financial situation and with the type of loan we have (10 year interest only) we were 90% guaranteed to get the modification.  To my surprise after 3 months my bank called me to tell me we were denied because we are in good standings.  At this time we insisted to get our money back which we were promised and guaranteed in writing we have a full refundable fee of $2995 if our loan was denied.  Marie Pisciotta did say that she would have to try all avenues to get the modification for us and she even suggested we start missing payments to show that we are now behind on our mortgage.  At that point we said no way and ruin my credit?  We insisted on our refund and then Marie Pisciotta claims the company was seized and shut down.  Now we are out our money and didn't get the modification.  Did more research and called my mortgage company to see if in the past they have dealt with her and this company and to my surprise that have And I also found out the representative that was dealing with my bank was not Marie it was Jennifer Kelly.  my bank offered me to give me her phone number and it was Maries cell .  So she was going under a different name and I knew we were had.  This woman needs to be brought in for questioning or needs to pay me back (which I know is unlikely to happen) She needs to be brough to justice with the rest of her scamming crew she is working with.  please people BEWARE people of any company offering loan modifications that require a fee upfront...RUN!!!
