Marie Smith/Chenoa Smith/Laura Page/Get Clickable Get Clickable, Sociomo, Social Media All Stars, Start Up America Partnership, Contractor/Vendor/Partner FRAUD Los Angeles, California

Chenoa Smith is now operating all her businesses under the name Marie Smith and has entrusted her cousin Laura Grace Page as her "CFO" and company signatory as she is on felony probation in Santa Barbara for being convicted and jailed for 6 months in 2010 for fraud.  She is currently under investigation by the LA county DA and the SB DA is puruing further prosecution based on the following:

• She is operating from multiple email accounts claiming to be Laura Page even though Laura is never on email, reachable via phone, nor does she ever know what's happening with anything business related.
  
  
  
• The bank manager where the Get Clickable business account was until December 16th, 2011 when it was closed, watched Laura Page write a bad check knowing there were insufficient funds.  Her personal accounts were closed as well. 
  
  
  
• Marie Smith and Laura Page owe hundreds of thousands of dollars to numerous major companies, vendors, partners and contractors over the course of 2011
  
  
  
• They completely ignore those asking for their pay and give runaround to the vendors and partners they owe money to as well. 
  
  
  
• Be very weary of Marie always hiring someone brand new who isn't aware of what's going on internally.  She will offer unusually high pay to unqualified people ($50-150/hour) and will hire out of state.  It's easier for her to commit fraud that way as well.  The newest hire from Marie and Laura's network is an old, unqualified man/family friend named Robin Hill.  
  
  
  
• There are multiple corporations and companies filing suit against her.
  
  
  
• Neither are successful in any way; Laura lives in a beat up house where the floor boards don't even match from room to room, drives 2 horrifically beat up cars and has numerous people living with her.  She's never BEEN successful or she'd BE successful. 
  
  
  
• Marie lives in an apartment that's not under her name, she doesn't have a car, never brushes her teeth seemingly and has a beat up laptop that's dinosaur-aged.  She has never BEEN successful either, at age 40, or she'd be successful NOW
