Marina Pahomova is a scam artist, a fraud and a thief! Beware!!!
She contacted our office to prepare her living trust and other estate planning documents. When asked to come in for a consulation, she refused to come to the office to meet with me in person and she even refused to fill out our questionnaire. We had the feeling that she is hiding form someone or something. Instead she emaied us her old living trust and will with sentences crossed out and illegible words written all over the legal documents.
When she was asked to make the payment of $495.00 (I have given her this promotional price, instead of the regular price of $1,900) she stated that she would only pay $245 and that she will pay the rest once she has a chance to review the documents. At this time we didn't know what she was up to!!!
Once she recevied the estate planning documents, (we have thousands of happy clients and our trusts stand up in court) she stated that she didn't like it and she wanted her money back.
As of today she still did not pay our firm! She wanted to get all the legal documents for free! This is how she rips people off! Beware, she can't be trusted! I would never trust her with the sale or purchase of my house.
