 I am the Priest of a local Orlando Catholic church.  I have know Brother Michal Bander for a little over a year. It is a shame and a disgrace the way his ex-wife Marina has used him, lied to him, manipulated him, and now , has lied about him.

Michal has always talked kindly about Marina. Like he was proud to know her. When she started calling Michal In May, saying she had split with her boyfriend, and needed to leave his house. She pleaded with Michal. I have seen the texts and heard all the phone calls. She was so nice to Michal, even inviting him up to spend the day with her.

MIchal has given her over $40.000. Was instrumental in Marina buying her first Home, and told Michal and text Michal that she was eternally grateful, and knew MIchal was the only one to help her.

All Michal wanted from Marina was for her to be honest with him, and be his friend. Michal has helped her twice before. Both times, when she broke up with her boyfriend. In each of those instances, as soon as Michal helped her, she stopped calling or texting him, stopped answering his calls and texts, and moved in with another man. All Micha wanted, was for her to be a real friend and treat him the same way after he helped her as she did when she was asking for help.

She did not. As soon as she moved in to her new home, she completely stopped all contact with Michal. She has hur him, time and time again. Now she goes on the internet and says that Michal is convicted sex offende and is even on the Florida data base for sexual predator's. She even fabricated a picture showing him on this list.

I have had Michal's backround checked. I have checked with the FBI, and the FDLE. Michal has never been accused of, arrested for or convicted of any sexual charges. He is not and has never been on any data base in any state.

Marina has lied, and damaged Michal, and we are assisting Michal in a defamation lawsuit against Marina Spagnolo
