In August 2017 I trusted to this company my car and the original title (Ford F 150 2009; VIN 1FTPF14819KB44872) to deliver it from Miami to Antwerp Belgium on October 1 2017.

They never delivered it!!!!!!

They informed me that their subcontractor took my car and the title and they cannot retrieve it and they will not file a lawsuit against this subcontractor.

I sent them my claim against their company for recovering the car value  +- $12000,00, they ignored it.

I paid them $1375 in advance for this transportation.

When I demanded my payment back, they sent me a document where they basically said, that if I want to get the transportation fees $1375 back I must first to waive my claims concerning my car against their company and sign this document.

When I refused, they stopped to communicate with me.

I’m reporting this incident to prevent future scams of this company.

Until now March 4 2018 I did not receive my car or any refunds! 

During the last month several victims have contacted me with the same and or similar problems.

It looks like this company has being using the same scam scheme frequently.

There are several ongoing law cases have been filled against this company.

There was an alliance created to file a Class action lawsuit.
