I have known Mario lazano since 1996. I moved here from Puerto Rico that year. He was a relative of a freind. I contracted with him to be my realtor when I was trying to buy a house in 2014. Thought I could trust him. He was a horrible agent. I told him what I was looking for.basically a turn key ranch house with enough room for my whole family. In the 250k range. After I told him my criteria, he started emailing me properties to look at. Nothing was even close to what I wanted. I am talking every single house was in horrible shape major fixer upper. We looked at close to 20 homes. They all had holes in the walls, Nast interiors. I mean these places were real dirty and nasty. I would not even want mg dog to live in a home like he was showing me. During the "showings" we had lunch four times. Every single time I bought my own lunch. He also did not offer to drive. I put close to 200 miles on my car during these showings. I guess I was confused on how a realtor should treat you. I finally found a house on my own I sent him the listing so we could look at it. I liked it, so we went to contract. When we went to signing there was an 8 k difference in the amount we had discussed. He had tacked this on to his fees and not discussed it with me. Because the 3.5% we had agreed upon for comission was not enough. I walked away from the table and found a much better realtor. I wondered how he could have such good reviews if he was such a horrible realtor. Then I noticed almost all of his reviews on the internet were posted be "ab" or April Boh. This is his wife!! No wonder they are good reviews!!! Before you waste your money or time with this scam artist. Shop for a realtor. Its a buyer's market right now. Steer along way from Mario Lazano at Keller Williams realty. And his scam artist wife insurance saleswoman April Boh.
