Marion Cain opened up a business with two other people who know the industry inside and out. The two he opened the company with had wonderful reviews from other companies within the industry. The two hired their friends, their family who knew the industry as well.
He fired one of the two who opened the company and made the other a slave worker. He hired more people, fired them all at the same time and supposedly shut down the company. He didnt pay 40 different truck drivers. 10 different customers paid FULL PAY which means they pay us everything and we turn around and pay the carriers or other services. He did not pay the carriers nor the other services, so many customers had to fork out more money out of their pockets.
All in all Marion and his family stole about 100,000 from myself, the other employees, 40 different carriers and 10 different customers.
DO NOT EVER DO ANY DEALINGS WITH MARION CAIN OR HIS FAMILY. DO NOT TALK TO HIM. DO NOT ENTERTAIN HIM AS HE IS A SWEET TALKER AND WILL TELL YOU ANYTHING. STAY AWAY FROM HIM, AND HIS ENTIRE FAMILY.
