My father n law hired  a plumber to help me out in doing a few minor pipe connections and a couple of faucets. The plumber ( mark Brown ) came to our fish markets and said that the work he needed to do would cost us about 800.00 and then it went to 1200.00 and then over 5000.00... and he didn't even finish the job...Mark Brown said that he work 3 days on the job.. at 150.00 per hour.. for three men...himself being the only licensed plumber... when he only work 1 day for 11 hrs 39 minutes and 27 seconds... and the second day for 3 hrs 2 minutes and 11 seconds and the 3 rd day 1 guy came back to unstop a drain that he didn't do the 1st day and was there 26 minutes and 58 seconds and could do it because he didn't have a ladder and would have to get on the roof and go through the vent pipe.  Mark Brown only worked 15 hrs and 8 minutes... and even at those rates would only be 2112.00.. I furnished the grease trap that he was connection....then he gets mad when I request an itemized bill and call my store and curses at my Son..I call him and tell him that I would be glad to pay him..if he would show me the itemized invoice and he refused and said that he would call my father n law , that he would pay him..... Which my father n law is the one who refused to pay the amount that high...My father n law is a doctor and this guy ( Mark Brown ) has been over charging him for years.. This man is a crook, lair and a theft and when caught because film says a million words...he gets mad and decides to call you up curse at you...my advise is to steer way way away from this man and his business and his dishonest traits....
