Actually, Mr. cantrell, it was a matter of 2 teenagers...one 15 and one 19., and it was JUST A KISS !! But you knew all of this ..your ploy was to scare the kid into thinking the worst case scenario which everyone incuding theprosecutor knew would never happen ...this so that you could collect more money. You were fired, and there was a small finr. No registration. no jail...NONE of the things that you threatened would happen if you wrent paid thousands more. And guess what ? we used a FREE public defender.  We have received multiple contacts from others tha you have done similar things to..slimy habits are hard to break, are they not?

I love it when these things occur and it is quite refreshing I must admit.  Its always is a memorable moment and a wonderful experience.  Apparently someone does not like being exposed and one out of the two in this fight is not telling the truth.  There is more legal evidence to be submitted in this case and let's see who comes out the winner in the end!

However that may be difficult to judge since both seem to be playing for the same team!

Now readers of this forum can see with their own eyes the kind of defense that they will get when they pay you the big bucks. Keeping in mind that this was you defending YOU, I suppose that one can expect much less if they are an alleged "child molester"? huh? Firstly,let me state that no...the person posting this is NOT accused of a crime as you mistakenly purport. Wrong person, Mr. Cantrell. More evidence of your sloppy work. (Need I bring up when you charged MY credit card without my permission and then threw a huge fit when I corrected you? ...once again very sloppy for an attorney whose records SHOULD be in order). And, yes, you did contact my son RYAN and threaten to post HIS personal information all over the web if anyone dared to tell the truth about you...and yes I have a copy of that email which will also be posted on MY website    www.MARKCANTRELL-ATTORNEY.COM  which is in the process of being set up after all informational gathering. If you are accusing my son (who by the way is in his early 20's) of being upset that you couldn't defend a criminal charge wherein a sexually active young lady in her midteens states that they "made out" ie. kissing, then that is between you and him. I, for one, am upset about the items listed above for starters. However, since YOU brought it up, I personally believe that any attorney would be inept if he was to allow such a young man to register as a sex offender for that...that is NOT what the law was intended for. As a mother, i would want sexual predators to register so that I have notice of offenders to protect my "child". This was no child...and no predator. If anything, there may have been a lapse of judgment but no laws were broken, and that will be proven and posted on my website.

But after all, this is ABOUT YOU...but of course, that is the way you operate isn't it.? Let's go back to your reply, Mr. cCantrell.  you missed your opportunity to reply to any of the allegations that I have made. I assume that is because I have written documentation that it IS true and therefore it would only worsen things. There is no doubt that people that take the time  to research an attorney are smart enough to know that you are going to pay homage to yourself on your own website...Come on, you're kidding right? "Oh, and if you dont believe ME that Im a great attorney...just look at this newspaper article that they wrote about me". Every local newspaper tries to make it a point to write a story on local business people. I can't think of a business without one...from the local bagel shop to the roofing supplies store...call the paper...ask them for a little promo article and they are usually more than happy to oblige.
I notice that you like to toot your horn that you went to law school, and although I do give you kudos...you don't mention ANYWHERE that the school that you attended, according to THEIR WEBSITE, is nonaccredited. "The degree-granting authority for California Southern Law School is the Committee of Bar Examiners, and the school is not an accredited law school." this is off of their webpage. basically, it is state accredited, such as the online course offered by kaplan...Concord Law School.  To surmise, the qualifications to attend are a high school diploma and a few CLEP test scores..I'm not disputing that you are licensed to practice law..but perhaps we got what we paid for.
