You may be reading this because you received a call from Mark Collins, Scott Green, or others who identify themselves as members of a law firm called "Callahan & Associates" in Menifee, CA.  They typically use high pressure tactics including but not limited to threats, proposed law suits, proposed bank freezing, and others.  This is their VERY ILLEGAL way of trying to extort money from people ("Extortion" is defined as using fear and/or threats to make someone give money).

After they contacted and threatened me and my daughter, I contacted the California Bar Association and filed the complaint to which the attached reply refers.  You can read it an see that the California Bar Association is now pursuing them with criminal charges for practicing law without a law registration or license from the State of California.

I believe that you can now relax if they have threatened you and the State of California will be taking care of them.
