I purchased a service from the firm Mark Deaton inc. With out notice to me they processed my credit card through Pay pal ... The service had a 60 day option to withdraw if it did not work for you [me]. I purchased this on the 8th of October. 

I sent two requests for help with some of the process. One was answered the second was not. 

On October 28, I reviewed the outcome of the service which was not as easy as the video had implied. So, I sent an email to Mark to stop the service and refund my money .. no answer. I sent a second one on the 31st of October no answer tried to call voice mail only .... several times. I have reported this to pay pal who filed a fraud report but that takes about 30days ... I mean who is this guy ... too busy to answer the phone but had time to collect the money. This is his Snoop wire report which is a great idea but with out some sort of filter no way to make it work ... I opted out in 20days ... I read that he says send him an email and get the refund I have done that now 4 times .. .zip ...

If he is so above board why not just refund my money as agreed? 

It does not look good.... 

I am filing a complant with You Tube, Facebook, and his vendors..
