Mark F. Elberg Unethical Realtor Cincinnati Ohio

My CPA firm  in Jacksonville, FL provided services to Evaluation Solutions  from 2005 to February,2007. My firm was also listed as the registered agent for Evaltion Solutions LLC. As resistered agent , my firm would recieve any tax authority correspondence. My firm was not a member of management and was not involved in company operations. Any one with limited education would know this fact. Apparently Mark Elberg did not understand this arrangement. Also, my firm was not associated with Evaluation Solutions LLC during the time of the dispute in late 2011.In addition, Mark Elberg was issued a check by Evaluation Solutions LLC for the full amount of his services.

However, Elberg did not fulfill his agreement for performing jthe services with Evaluation Solutions LLC. Evaluation Solutions LLC had a protocall for submitting and handling all  Broker Price Opinions. Mr. Elberg apparnently did not adhere to the protocall but was paid anyway. Based on my general conversations with managment of Evaluation Solutions LLC, about 1 % of the brokers performing the Opinions did not adhere to the procedures and wanted to get paid anyway. Evaluatio Solutions LLC used real estae brokers in all 48 U. S. State(excluding Hawaii and Alaska).

There were tens of thousands of reports coming in daily to be evaluated for consistency and conformity. My firm had no inolvement in any of the firm's operations, but he unethical Mark Elberg researche d my firm's information for filing a Ripoff Complaint. Apparently real estate agents do not have to be ehical in their business dealings and are regarded with less respect than used car salesmen. I think the educational bar is set very low for real estate slaesmen and they only have to pass a little test to get a license. The Ohio real estate licensing agency should be made aware onf unthical real estae brokers like this one.
