Trying to collect on a $225,000.00 judgement against Mark Grover issued by the San Diego Superior Court for Fraud.  This is the largest of many judgements against him.  Why?? You may want to know.  Well, he preys on small businesses and vulnerable women, gaining their trust with his deceitful, evil  charm, just as the Bible describes Satan.   He learned from his father who he told me was in prison numerous times for real estate fraud.

He is very intelligent, creative, talented and likeable.  Oh, but look out,  evil is lurking behind those blue eyes!   He is banned from advertising in PennySaver and has a "F" rating with BBB.  That is just the tip of the iceberg.  He has nothing to offer you...he says he can't give you a refund.  He is a professional Con Artist...Look Out!

Why is this man still living among us in society?   Because these are civil offenses.  He will never hit you, he just wants you to "Give" him your money.   Then the police say it is not a crime.  He went to Thomas Jefferson Law school just long enough to learn how to rob people and get away with it.

Yes, he stole my home, my car and destroyed my Entire Life.  You are probably not that stupid!
He hasn't filed a tax return in at least 20 years, owns no property, so good luck ever getting restitution.   He told me to stand in line and he is not worried about having to pay me back.

In trying to seek restitution, I have been treated like a scorned woman, a vixen.  Now I know how rape victims and women of domestic violence feel when they are asked "What did you do to deserve this?" 

I had hidden $10,000.00 from Mark Grover which I spend on an attorney to bring Mr. Grover to justice.  I didn't know that this judgement was not worth the paper it is typed on.  I believed that when the judgement was rended for Fraud that the San Diego Superior Court had enough authority to enforce this decision and force him to pay me at least $5.00 a month.  Mr.Grover has made a mockery of the Justice System and all I believed to be good in this country.  He has destroyed my faith in people and our court system.  Congratulations, Mr. ConMan!!
The only justice for me will be that others reading this will be warned of him and put a stop to his emotional and financial torture of the unsuspecting and decent citizens of this country.  My attorney told me, after dealing with him in court, that Mark Grover is a Sociopath.
