Mark Heller was a sales person turned partner for me. We did a deal with a lawfirm where we had guaranteed 20 leads for $250.00 each. We used the lawfirms deposit on there assets to generate the leads. We were unable to generate leads in the deadline of the contract which was 60 days. `Mark had agreed to pay me back half of what we owned the lawyer. The lawyer then began to threaten a lawsuit, and that is when Mark had goen mia. I had tried to contact him several times, and previously he had signed a promise to pay. Mark won't return any of my emails, or my calls, or my texts. I had to pay back the lawyer the $5,000 out of my own pocket, Mark did not pay a single dime, and vanished.
This is a warning to anyone attempting to do business with him to not proceed. He uses pre paid cards, for his income to stay off the record. He was once a friend that I tried to help overcome his own personal problems. Unfortunatly it is too late for that to be reignited. As I am a startup, money is tight I took the fall for the entire refund, with no help or responses from Mark. Except for an exuse stating that it was my fault.

Mark states he is not responsible for any refunds yet I haves signed document from Mark staying that he had promised to pay. Mark is the delusional one.

Randy James is delusional. My job for him was sales, and I generated $15,000 in 2 months for him to give him plenty of budget to work with. He spent maybe an hour a day to get deals fulfilled and then he was either on a boat trying or working on his own things. I pushed him to work harder to try to make these deals work. He outsourced the majority of the work and would spend about an hour fulfilling and when the phone calls weren't coming in he didn't turn over every stone to try to get the job done.
He claims that he tried to help me out but I only wanted him to pay me what was owed. I made a little bit over $3k for the sales and we were supposed to make more based on phone calls. So while I am spending 6 to 8 hours a day making phone calls to make sales he is sailing the seven seas. I spent way more time in this venture than he ever did and he thought he can generate calls while spending just a few hours of day working on these campaigns.
SO YES I BLAME HIM, AND I'M SUPPOSED TO PITCH IN FOR THE REFUND. NO WAY, NEVER.
Also, this was done under Revmarketing.com not my company so this report is bogus from the get go.
