After speaking with other numerous individuals that have been taken by Jazz Lackey (Mark Lackey) for money and services it is clear that his scam goes like this:

He posts ads on craigslist for architectural design services...he poses as a licensed architect (which he is not).  He then asks for outrageous retainer fees to begin work and then gradually begins to make excuses as to why the work can't be finished within the timeframe.  He then asks for more money and when you refuse...he tries to extort you into paying more.  He conned us out of $18,000 dollars in retainer fees!!!

After we did some more in depth research on this disgusting individual we came to find out that he actually doesn't do any of the architect drawings himself. He hires designer people off of Craigslist and tells them he will pay them for their work...which he never does.  We ended up getting ahold of the individual who actually did the work for our projects...it was so sad and appaling to hear his story.  

Beware of this individual.!!!  Once you end up not doing business with him any longer he will call your contacts and business colleagues to try and make you lose credibility with them.  

Stay as far away as possible from this man.  He is nothing but trouble!!!  This guy is a professional con man and needs to get arrested.
