Mark Johnson American Law Enforcement Received phone call from a Mark Johnson who said he is from American Law Enforcement. Pennsylvania Pennsylvania

Recieved several phone calls on my cell phone and place of work from Mark Johnson who left a message stating he was from the American Law Enforcement and if I did not return his call within three days I would be arrested. When I called his office there was a lot of static in the background and the person sound like foreign. Would not give me any information when I questioned what the matter was pertaining to. Stated he needed my name or phone number. Advised Mr. Johnson that he should already have my information because my phone number has appeared on his caller i.d. Mr. Johnson still did not state why he has been continuing to harrass me by calling my cell and work number. I believe this is a scam because law enforcement only arrest people who have committed a federal or civil crime. If I continue to receive calls from Mr. Johnson a police report will be filed.
