The lcoation of Oceans One Resort is great. Mark Marlow and Karen Becker should not be in the customer service business. The check in process and property management Oceans Breeze Beach Vacations (OBBV) was horrible. I was given wrong keys, had to drive 22 miles to pick up keys after 5PM ( so had to wait for Oceans Breeze Beach Vacations) to call back with front door code while kids were getting restlesss and hodling luggage outside of front door. Secondly and more disappointing was once we got in the condo.

It was dirty. Beds were made but had body imprint in the master bedroom bed of someone Trimmed hair in bathroom sink, towels were clean but disturbed and carpet was filthy to the point where we vacuumed both bedrooms prior to my kids taking off their shoes, my 12 year old found 2 pills (looked like vitamins) on top of the carpet . Dust bunnies in tiled area. Nothing worse than having to clean your Vacation Rental prior to taking off your shoes.

Called and emailed and got an email reply telling me that someone from housekeeping would get “fired” over this and not to worry someone was going to come and clean. Someone did come 16 hours later while we were out. Mark Marlow was arrogant and made excuses about why the place was not cleaned and suggested the true owner of the property could have stayed a night hence the mess. At one point the owner of Oceans Breeze Karen Becker was on emails. Then there was an issue with the refund of security deposit.

We checked out on the 14th of March and after numerous emails and voicemails I could not get an answer as to when I can expect the $200 security damage deposit returned back. After all I felt I left the place in better condition than I found it. No answer, no call back , no reply by neither the Manager Mark Marlow or Karen Becker(owner). Only after I reached VRBO /Home Away did I get a response and after 17 days got my security deposit back,
