Mark Muller will suck all the money out of his clients and bring on clients even when they don't hold a chance in court. In my opinion, he makes frivolous claims so that his clients can try to squeak out of making payments which are rightly due. In my opinion, Mark Muller knows very well that his client defrauded and the obligation is due by his client (heck his client signed off on making the payments!).

What will Mark Muller do? He will most likely charge his clients an hourly or a fixed rate to try to delay the obligation knowing d**n well that he is making BS defenses to the court. Do the courts really fall for this type of BS? Dahl completely defrauded me about Mitragen prior to taking my money and then gets an attorney who specializes in making frivolous claims to the Courts and tries to fool them?

I really don’t understand how an attorney can sit on the other side and pretend that the obligation doesn’t exist and make up BS excuses and file for motion for dismissals, etc. His client signed the note! There is no getting around it. His client lied about his executive team before taking the money! Then his client quickly deleted the pages from the website! What kind of joke is this?

I have been clearly swindled and Mark Muller is taking me for a ride so that he can get paid in the process too. He may as well be an accomplice. Enough is enough. I am going to expose Mark Muller by writing this review.

If he was an ethical attorney he should ask his Client to do the right thing as well and end the misery he is going to push on the Courts for absolutely NO reason. The money is owed so stop playing STUPID Mr. Muller.

So, if you are thinking about hiring Mark Muller - don't. He will make unbelievable defenses to the Court which will most likely get thrown out. He charged his client already to file a motion for dismissal. Guess what happened? The court denied it. I am sure Mr. Muller charge his client in the process. A clear example of how Attorney Mark Muller will get rich and drive his clients poor.  Why would a Judge ever throw out a case where his client clearly signed a NOTE.  This man in my opinion should be disbarred for violation of the ethics of the profession.  He is essentially screwing his clients and wasting the courts time as well.
