Mark O'Hazo is a racist Jerk.  I had to get a form notarized to open a college savings account with Merril Edge.  The notary needed to have a seal since funds were transfered from the Federal Government to my brokerage account.  The form is a standard FS 5511 requiring more than a notary.  It requires a seal or medallion stamp.

I visited the branch to have my FS 5511 stamped so I could fund my son's new college 529 account.  Mark O'Hazo refused to let us use his stamp because of personal reasons  I had to call Bank of America customer service and complain outside the branch for over half an hour before Mark would even acknowledge that he could provide us with the seal needed to sign the form.  He was unprofessional and would not help us most likely because we would not join his Roman Catholic church.

I can't stand these catcholic missionaries who refuse to do their job unless you join their church.  I need a broker who will stamp my form and open my account so my son can go to college!
