Mark- owner Oriental Warehouse Scammer Company- buyer beware Boca Raton Florida

 I ordered a custom mirror on May 1st to be ready for pickup in 2 weeks. After much delay because Mark made up countless excuses, I agreed to finally picking it up on June 16th. When I arrived Mark was not there nor was the mirror. After much arguing Mark wanted "to forget the whole thing and cancel my order because he can't deal with this" despite I paid in full ($307.40). I told him he needs to produce the mirror I paid for today or I would sue him. In the end, Mark never showed up and I agreed with a sales associate , with Marks permission on the phone, to pick out an item in the store as an exchange. I did that for an additional $100 for a bronze statue and I left. The sales associate noted the transaction on my sales receipt. Do not purchase anything at Oriental Warehouse, especially as a special order because you will NOT receive the item. Mark is a scammer. Buyer beware.
