I hired and paid Mark Sacro to photograph my wedding back in 2010. He had an assistant photographer with him to shoot fri different angles. 

Before the ceremony Mark took photos of all the guys getting ready. While his assistant took photos of all the girls getting ready. The guys and girls took separate limos to the church. Mark stayed with the guys and the assistant stayed with the girls. All the guys and girls made it to the church and both Mark and his assistant were taking photos throughout the ceremony. 

After the ceremony the wedding party stopped at a location for Mark and his assistant to take photos of the wedding party together with me and wife. Again both Mark and his assistant were taking photos. 

We get to our reception location where both Mark and his assistant were taking photos throughout the entire night. Here's where my wife and I got ripped off by Mark Sacro....

It took over 1 year to obtain a single photo from Mark. We didn't even receive a disc of our photos. He uploaded them to an application called "Drop Box". We go through the photoes that Mark uploaded and we only received photos from Mark's camera. There were no photos uploaded that Mark's assistant took. 

Needless to say, we only received half of the photos taken. There were no photos of the girls getting ready or their limo ride to the church. I asked Mark about those photos and he said his assistant had gone back to the military. I've called and emailed him asking about those photos since and for 2 years he gave the same answer that his assistant was still on military leave. To this day, 3 going on 4 years after my wedding, I still try calling and emailing him with no answer from Mark. 

Half of my wedding memories I cannot recoup because Mark is not cooperating. Very unprofessional.
