Mark Saenz met me and "nurtured the relationship". Mark told me that he was a mortgage lender (later I founbd out that this was a lie). He fraudlently induced me to inter into an agreement to purchase a house for two months and he was to repurchase the property back. This never happened. He was to be responsible for all taxes, insurance and house payments.. the payment has not been made on the property for four months and it is going to foreclose and he has ruined my credit. I also sold a house for Mark and he found out right before the closing that he was upsidedown. He promised to pay me at a later date and never did. Don't do business with this Creep! HE WILL RIP YOU OFF!!! I HAVE SPOKEN TO TWO OTHER INDIVIDUALS THAT HE HAS DONE THIS TO.
