A lady at my church recommended the legal services of Portland Oregon attorney Mark W Eves to help me with tenants and a sale of commercial property that has been in our family for over 50 years. The short story is that I trusted Mark Eves advise and course of legal action and I ended up losing the property all because Mark does not know what he is doing.
Please avoid doing business with Mark W. Eves PC because he is only good at sending you ridiculous bills for made up services he did not perform and for all his bad advise. He said if I didn't pay my bill he would turn me over to collections. He takes on work he has no experience in just so he can get you into his billing cycle. Mark Eves said that if I complain to the state bar that all my personal information would be public record.
My grandaughters are helping me through this emotional roller coaster as I no longer have the rent from the tenants to lived on. Mark Eves laughed at me and hung up when I called back and tried to get answers to charges on his confusing multi paged invoices. He also needs to brush his teeth as his breath is worse than spoiled cauliflower.

This is one of a series of scams performed by the same person. The assistance of local police and the FBI has been requested to locate and prosecute the scammer. I have been practicing law for 40 years. The scammer has never been a client of our law firm. If an actual grievance had occured, a complaint would have been filed with our firm our the Oregon State Bar Association. No claims have been filed.
