This is the statement I sent to Mark Wurm this morning regarding my allegations

Dear Mark Wurm,

This is a reiteration of our conversation that occurred this morning, September 2nd of 2014 in regards to a request for a signed copy of the agreement that was set forth on July the 5th of 2014 stating my acknowledgement of employment with the Venice Beach Hostel under the premise of front desk and housekeeping (accumulated to no more than 28 hours) of work in return for room and board.

As was mentioned in that meeting I am sending along a written statement of a complaint that I have with your establishment namely for dozens of accounts within the residing months from July the 5th of 2014 to the present September the 2nd of 2014 for acts of purposeful violence through harassment, psychological persuasion, and forceful suggestion of gang related affiliation that was used to instill fear (terror), to cause duress, and further agitate a state of PTSD that was previously spoken about in confidence with yourself a week post employment after having concerns with my inability to remember certain tasks for the jobs at hand.

After this conversation the harassment was intensified by members of staff, patrons of the hostel, and yourself. In an attempt to ease the stress of the situation I took proactive steps to have basic conversations with individuals involved in the harassment to better allow them to relate to my circumstances in an attempt to stop the aggression, but these conversations only aggravated the circumstances.

After further investigations into the Venice Beach Hostel I found several claims of fraud, allegations of tax evasion and racketeering, unlawful evictions, and neglect to abide by California Labor Laws with intent to abuse the civil rights of employees by using them as "slaves" in order to get free labor and capitalize on the monetary savings of these practices.

With this evidence at hand I am stepping forward on behalf of previous individuals effected by the Venice Beach Hostel and myself to have the United States Government appropriately asses these claims through a rightful lawsuit set forth by myself, Rochelle Tschida.

With consideration of the information provided within this statement I will actively seek a subpoena for the video surveillance footage from July of the 5th 2014 to September the 2nd of 2014 to investigate the underlined allegations. Upon the outset of this email sent September 2nd of 2014 if for any reason said surveillance videos are in any way missing or tampered with it will be considered a Federal Offense and strong grounds for guilt by your establishment the Venice Beach Hostel and yourself Mark Wurm.
