Marker Motor Sports Billy Leon Marker, Marker Oil Relocated for work company in law suit Alturas California

I applied for a GM position with this company. After many back and forth emails and I intent to hire letter from Bill the owner and a offer of 3000 relocation money I quit my job. We live in a fifth wheel so packed up sent Bill a email we were on our way. No didn't sign the letter told him verbally and in email were on our way. He said take your time it's a ten hour trip so yes took a few days. Start date per letter Dec 15th told him we would be there way before that. He said safe travels he is busy in Sacramento getting another dealership with Chrysler. Got to Alturas asked for relocation money he stated on well a little short on cash call him tmr. December 15th date of hire go to dealership and after waiting for him over a hour we finally meet. Well I forgot to tell you I'm out of trust with the bank but my lawyers are on it not my fault is Robert Carstens fault the Former owner of the dealership. Ok he says give him till Monday it will all be fixed.

Monday I here nothing.... I then look up his name there is all kinds of issues with this man dating back to 2002 in Gridley Ca with another Chevrolet dealer, and then current law suit with this dealership. He never to this day as told me any of this I goggled it. I called left messages sent text he ignored me. I talked to him finally on Wed told him I need money he said just wait it will be ok. THEN he says I told you not to hurry to get here, says he wasn't even sure I was taking the job.WHAT did you think we were moving to Alturas for fun. I again asked for money that I have a contract he says will if your going threaten me where done. REALLY BILL we have No money to leave and he doesn't care. There is no jobs here so were stuck. MERRY CHRISTMAS Oh and yes I can file small claims on him four to six weeks for court date and 30 days for him to answer. I sent a email to his lawyer in Sacramento just to let him know what kind of guy this is. Heard nothing from him either.
