market bill i purchases a product and was not satified with it, i asked for refund, they told me i would get refund 10-15 days now i not got refund they tell me they have sent money back to my bank Internet

i purchased a product on-line and i payeed for it with my visa, i was not satisfied and asked for a full refund, this within there 7 day refund policy which is on there website, they told me i would get a refund within 10-15 business days i accepted and waited, they forwared me a recipt showing a refund on 26th october 2010, until now nothing has been refunded into my bank account, i asked them about the refund and they just tell me its been sent and showed me again the recept.
