Market Health ,Hoodia Gordonii Plus,JoeBucks Herbalbiz GSCM Registered Domain With Them-Cannot Access It They Have Password: They Do Not Pay Affiliates For Recurring Monthly Shipments Burbank California

If I had known in October of 2007 what I know now, I would NEVER have had any thing to do with joebucks.com nor herbalbiz.com. I first signed up with joebucks.com and then from there went to herbalbiz.com. Everything they had to say was great. I doled out my good money to herbalbiz.com to register a domain name with them. I made an order. Ok good, I received my first check for the 50% of the order. I thought this meant that everything was good.

Come my second month, order placed and received. I paid for it. Never received a check for my affiliate discount. I quit promoting them after that because this meant they were cheating their affiliates. I tried to find a way to cancel my accounts. There is no way to cancel an account on their web sites. I requested to have my accounts canceled and this was never done.

The domain I paid for was set up like it belongs to herbalbiz.com. I cannot even access it to transfer it to a new registrar. They set it up under their passwords. John Hardy with herbalbiz.com claims to have requested the transfer for me. I was to receive the necessary EPP code for my new registrar via email within 24 hours. This never occurred. They are still using my domain for their business.

I cannot even access my domain to correct my address or anything else. Much less do what needs to be done to transfer it to a new registrar. Upon complaint to the BBB their response was that because they unlocked it, since I couldn't get it transferred without the needed EPP code that "Consumer's failure to obtain her domain name could be her not having capability to host her own domain name."

The business name of Market Health does not even resolve to the claimed address or phone number. A search reveals that the true name for this company is either GSCM or Hoodia Gordonii Plus. They are not replying to emails and by phone I get a run around. Their reply to my complaint with the Better Business Bureau made it appear that it was all my fault. They have not replied to my rebuttal. I filed a complaint against them this morning with my attorney generals office.

I want control of my domain name. I do not like having my name associated with a company like this.
