Market insider report Provided tips on a new stock investment- 12 Retech or RETC New York or who knows Internet

Alike the other report filed on August 2nd, I was approached by a person calling himself "Sam Glodstein" working for MArket insider, who raise financing to bring cies to market.  The stock traded on OTC (over the counter) was initially DVGGD and was then refiled for RETC - or 12 Retech corporation .  This was following a contact they had made about 2 months prior to get an idea if I would be interested in investing in stock opporunities.   I am not sure how they got my name but I remember reading an article from market insider on the internet....I assumed this is how they tracked me.

The Stock was being issued at around 0.97$ and would go up to 3.25-3.50$ by September.  Sam would call me back regularly to update me on the development, discuss how the financing was going as planned and that everything was aligned to meed the 3.25$ for September. 

Anytime there would be a drop in the stock price, Sam would call to reassure this was just a hickup caused by some investor wanting to cash in rapidly and not to worry.  I was also encouraged in buying more.  A collegue would call to act as someone validating if i had all the information I needed etc...I knew this was risky but I slowly began to have faith.  5 days after the last call, the stock dropped from 2.52 to 1.76$, then to 0.89$ then to 0.08$ and the rest is history.  I am hoping for a miracle ....

I know that OTC is a non regulated market but there needs to be more warning given to naive investosr like me!!! Stay away from this type of deal.  When it looks too good to be true, it's becaue it's too good to be true.
