Market Leader Market Leader Lead Capture Do Not Buy Leads from this company! Expensive! Bogus Leads! Customer Service Non Responsive! Internet

Realtors "Beware"  This company does not provide you leads that are good!  Customer Service does not respond, and if they do, they give you scripts or a reason why you are not hearing from those leads.

They tell you that they will replace bad leads, beware of their opinion of a bad lead, it is very different that an "actially bad lead".  They are trained to tell you that you need to imporve your site, and that if a lead signs on looks at one or none homes then opts out.  "that this is a good lead"

I had a tech person go into the back side of the website - this site that I paid top money for is in probation with google and not producing as it should.  So no one is monitoring!  I'm not a tech person, but I told that this site was doing nothing.

I invested 800.00/m for 6 months, on the phone with my rep. every 3 weeks,( with her telling me how better to work the leads to get them to respond), nothing ever improved!   which in September something happened in this company as the reps were no longer there along with "Jack" one of the main guys that ran this program, it has continued to sprial down word.  

I have contacted my so called customer service rep.  as I cancelled Nick on Oct.22nd, and was told to call back in Nov.  I have called 3 times this past week with no return call.  I have emailed Kerm (the other main guy that stayed) back in the beginning of Oct. as nothing was coming through, he read my email and responded that he would get back to me to cover my issues in detail.  Never to be heard from again, reported to customer service as well.

Bottom Line they are taking in a ton of $$$$ from Realtors, and there is no payoff.

DO NOT INVEST YOUR MONEY INTO THIS PROGRAM!
